I won't be going back here, at least, not to this location. I've been in before with my fiancee for toy shopping. We got along very well with one of the store associates; I have been looking for a part time job, actually, and the associate encouraged me to apply because she felt a genuine connection with me, she said, and felt I would do well there. I took her advice and when my fiancee and I returned to visit and drop off the application, this associate was there. Unfortunately, so was her manager, Kimberly. Kimberly seemed very cold and actually was quite rude and unwelcoming. It was uncomfortable and for me, nerve wracking to attempt a conversation with her- even based on her facial expressions, body language and initial tone of voice. She looked over my papers and showed no interest in me as a person or my character or suitability for a sensitive position in the shop. She only asked, "So what is it that you do that you can't work full time? You go to school or got kids?" When I explained that I enjoy a side business or two, she merely seemed to scowl. No positive acknowledgement or really, any acknowledgement. I would have thought that someone with a successful and independent mindset, lots of business savvy and professional, friendly attitude who comes with an associate recommendation would have been valued, and I was sad to see that I was treated as though I were nothing but an inconvenience and probably as though these 3 minutes were a waste of her time. The store associate then, alone, helped my fiancee and I shop, as we were also there to buy a new toy. When we tried to say goodbye to each of them by name, and to express our gratitude for their time, Kimberly literally glanced at us and talked through the farewell to her employee! She said nothing at all to us, as though we weren't there! Never have we been treated so poorly, especially when seeking employment with a company. We used to stop in here when in need of even just new batteries because we enjoyed the experience and the friendly atmosphere. Now we will not be returning at all. I recommend finding other, less commercialized places that are more guest-centric; these other places will probably have more sensible prices and a larger selection anyway. Try Cirilla's or The Lion's Den, or perhaps order from Amazon....or simply avoid the Cuyahoga Falls store; this is my experience here and my personal recommendation based on this recent experience (January 7, 2017). Happy New...

Alright. So I've been in here a few times. Made a few decent sized purchases and not had any problems with my purchase. I usually reject the help that is offered to do thing on my own. I've honestly spent a decent amount of money in This store alone. Not sure on exact numbers.
However since I've spent money there my partner and I get coupon emails. We went in this time to use this coupon. So we asked the cashier if she needed to see it which then she replied no. So since she said the coupon would be applied I ran my card for the amount of the purchase. After the fact of returning home and looking over my receipt I had realized that the coupon was not applied which was 23% off of the entire order which is a decent amount.
In frustration j called this store to receive no help on refunding me my money. The only responses I got were you can get in store credit or wait for another coupon to come out I don't wish to do either because I plan on never shopping there again.
The only reason I am out that money is because the cashier was the one not paying attention and did not apply the coupon which was the only reason I was shopping there in the first place.i do understand mistakes happen but when these mistakes are made there should be methods in place for in doing them. What if she had rung something up twice on someone's receipt and they over paid by 100% so now that person is out that money and they will only have the potential of store credit which just keeps the money in the store. Since this is the case it makes no sense as a consumer to shop there. As a business owner it only makes you richer. I understand you can't return items due to the nature of the store. But when a mistake is made such as this something should be done.
I do not recommend this store. There is a better place 3 minutes west if you want my opinion. Will Most likely never step foot into an...
