Play it again has completely lost its way. The prices are just horrible, they literally rival brand new products. They have no idea how to price half their stuff, they had a 2 year old used slow pitch softball bat with a rattle priced at $299. The new model of the same bat was priced less at that time and you get a free return with the new bat. When this was brought up they got very unprofessional and said they source their prices from sold items on eBay….meaning they are clueless if this is the way they price their USED equipment. What’s worse is their unprofessional demeanor when this was all brought up to them, and I even pulled the products up on my phone to show them how far off they are. Save yourself the time and just go buy new to you have a warranty and ability to return products if something happens to them. Really stinks because this place used to be a great place to go for good prices and quality used stuff….those days are...

Found a disc that I lost in the used bin which I was never called for. The clerk said I could pay 5 dollars for it or have it for free. Told him that I would gladly pay if I was called... so Free.

When the clerk checked me out with the 2 disc's I bought and my "free disc" that had my number and name on it. He changed the price of one of the disc's by $3 more dollars and didn't say a thing. I noticed it when i got home and checked the recipt. Guess he felt the need to try and recover the cost that they bought my disc for.

Rather than be upfront and honest he felt the need to do some slimeball stuff.

Went in with my 4yr old son. We were looking for soccer equipment. When we found the section in the store the employee came to ask us if we needed help. I said yes my son is starting soccer and we are here to get all the supplies for him. The employees first response was "I never played soccer so I don't know what he will need." I was tooken back by that response since he works in a sports store! I said OK and started shuffling thru the dirty items that weren't even wiped down before reselling. The employee walked away and never checked on us again. Walked out with nothing. Needless to say very disappointed...I have two boys that are starting sports for the first time and I unfortunately won't be back, will not telling fellow mother's to go here....
