Mattress Firm Cuyahoga Falls — Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls

Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with the mattress or its seller, they are/were both phenomenal. The delivery and service for this company is appalling. I was scheduled to receive a mattress from 8:45-10:45 this past week, the delivery person shows up 25 minutes early, and I was not home yet. They did not wait for me, and told me they had brought the mattress and box spring into the lobby (no signing required for this 1900 mattress/ box spring combo?) in reality they left it in the front door way of my apartment, which is not locked, so anyone could have taken it (I don't figure anyone to take a mattress but its still the principle) that being said, when I arrived home and inspected the box spring it had a hole as big as my head on the bottom of it from the delivery man ripping it on the door handle of my complex, I had to haul both up to my apartment on my own. For someone who dropped that much money on any item for a business the service was absolutely terrible. They agreed to replace the damaged box spring, but wouldn't bring it at a time convenient to me, its a set time and if you aren't home at the time they schedule then you have to get a completely other day, I didn't have my box spring for a week because I had to work around their schedule on my only day off to receive the box spring....

I had ordered a mattress that was unavailable to try in store through the Mattress Firm website. After receiving the mattress and trying to sleep on it for a few nights I knew I was not going to be happy with the new mattress as it was much firmer than it was described on the website. I went into the store to find something more suitable for an exchange. KD was very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the exchange process easy and I was promptly delivered a different mattress within a couple of days. I am much happier with this new mattress and highly recommend this store and KD. If there is a mattress on the website that is not available to try in store, I advise you to at least go to the store first and tell them which one you are considering, they can look it up and guide you to something comparable on display to help you find the best option. I learned the hard way, wasting time and money by blindly ordering online and having to do an exchange just because I dreaded in person mattress shopping. I assure you this store is not pushy at all and really will do their best to find you a mattress that suits your comfort...

To start, I have never bought a mattress from a store before. I've always been given hand me downs from family or close friends. This was the first store my girlfriend and I went to look for a brand new mattress. We were greeted instantly by Brian. He was very informative and asked us questions about our sleep habits and showed us some beds that were in our price range and firmness. We were also greeted by Curtis who was very outgoing and honest. They both talked to us back and forth and finally came up with a great price my girlfriend and I could afford. They gave us great deals and were extremely helpful with the entire process. Especially since I just bought a house and my budget wasn't the highest. They got me approved and set me up with an insane deal. Brian and Curtis made that the best shopping experience I've ever had. I highly recommend these guys if you're a first timer or are looking to not be pressured or "sold" into something...
