Our big flat-screen TV just up and died one morning: no picture, no sound. It was out of warranty (even though I had bought the extended warranty). The TV manufacturer had one service center that was an hour drive from where I was; I'd also have to leave them an over $100 "consultation" fee before I'd get their estimate for repair. Before dropping down another grand on a new one I just googled local TV repair and this place popped up. The owner was friendly and said he had free consultations, plus he was 5 minutes away! In a couple days he told me it would be $260 for parts plus labor and a 90 day warranty. I'm now watching the big screen again! Great work...

Had problem with Hdmi port on my Tv, told to bring in for assessment, dropped Tv off and several hours later got a call from Chuck, said that I need to replace the Hdmi port and asked what I need the port for (occasional games, Roku etc.)he suggested that because the age of the Tv and my usage, it's not worth it to spend the money , I could use components instead. Went to pick up the Tv and they said "no charge " Thank you Advance Electronics, you've got this customer for life ....
