They are not following the order of the deal I made. When I used the drive through, I got the burger with some source. The problem is that they put all hot source instead of ketchup, I ordered. Firstly I thought it was their small mistake that could be happend. But after that, I have slightly noticed that they have an intention to save their money with a little cheat. Came in at 12:15 for lunch. Peak time for lunchgoers. Dining room was empty except for 2 customers. Asked for food to eat in. Food arrived ready to take out. Fries were cold and asked "manager" to replace with hot ones. Argued with me that it was fried just 3 minutes ago. He took fries from me and, with a disgusted expression, threw it into trash and asked the food prep person to fry up fresh fries. I have been coming to this Jack in the box for years. In the past three years a lot more than I like to admit. However I would always get the brunch burger combo and a original Ice coffee and because I’m a picky person of course I wanted them to cut my sandwich in half ... it only took Kelly a few times to remember me and no matter what time I would go order my combo as soon as she heard my voice and my order she would know who I was .
