Lucky Chopsticks — Restaurant in Cypress

I order from Big Chopsticks almost weekly via GrubHub and directly. Their quality of food is excellent and deliveries are on time. However, issue we’ve had the last few times is that they miss items in the orders. I call in advance to ask them to see my order(s) and go over with them, so that all is correct and included. Last few times they’re missing condiments, wontons that I ask for and ask them to charge me for and they still miss the items. Today, I ordered their chicken and string beans dish and only received string beans as well, I had called in advance and wrote on the GrubHub order four bags of crunchy wontons and charge me extra if need be, over $60 of food. They said they’re too busy to amend and re-deliver the correct order. Very disappointing! They’re nice people, but need to get orders correct especially when you call to double check and pay nice gratuities. They also often run out of Chinese mustard and instead give regular yellow mustard that doesn’t taste well with good Chinese food. Chinese restaurant out of hot mustard...this is...

I asked for recommendation they told me fried rice or noodles for $10. The worst fried rice no veggies hardly any meat I ever had Teach me a lesson never to buy Vietnamese food away from Little Saigon. never coming back and we are from Vietnam I thought they would treat me better but they gave me mostly rice hardly any me I am very disappointed.I feel bad this is the first time I've left a 2 Stars rating 4 chinese vietnamese restaurant. I know they are in business to make money so I ask them can you recommend something good she told me house fried rice for crunchy noodles so I decided on fried rice. Hardly any meat or veggies for $10 and I spoke native language do them so they know if that makes a difference. I could barely eat it because I'm used to eating meat I should have ordered a meat entree instead they tricked me. Very sad I should never leave Little Saigon this is big Chopsticks in Cypress they have cheaper prices for lunch but I am very disappointed they don't give me any meat I love rice but am I supposed to eat it with soy sauce...

I stopped by Lucky Chopsticks in Cypress for lunch and tried both Lunch Set A and Set B, and I’ve got to say, this spot is a hidden gem if you’re craving a solid, affordable Chinese lunch. Set A comes with your choice of meat and rice (steamed or fried) for under $9. I went with the fried rice and it was flavorful, not greasy, and paired perfectly with the protein. Simple, satisfying, and a great value if you’re looking for something quick. Set B is only a couple bucks more and adds chow mein on top of the rice and meat. Definitely the way to go if you’re extra hungry or want a bit of variety—it felt like a full, well-rounded meal and left me super satisfied. The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and the price point is hard to beat, especially for lunch. The staff was friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh.
