Experience Every Time!
Shopping at Costco is always a win in my book. From the moment you walk through the doors, you know you’re going to get quality products, great service, and unbeatable value. Whether you’re shopping for groceries, household goods, electronics, clothing, or even furniture, Costco has it all—and then some.
One of the biggest highlights for me is the variety and quality of products. The fresh produce section is always well-stocked and clean, and the fruit and veggies last much longer than what I typically get elsewhere. Their meat department is another standout—high-quality cuts at prices that are hard to beat. The rotisserie chicken is a go-to staple in our house, and don’t even get me started on the bakery! The muffins, croissants, and cakes are delicious and generously sized.
Costco’s private label, Kirkland Signature, is also a huge reason I shop there. Nearly everything under that brand is top-tier, from the olive oil to the laundry detergent. It’s clear that Costco puts real effort into making sure their branded products compete with, and often surpass, name brands.
Beyond groceries, their electronics and appliances are well-priced and come with great warranties. I’ve purchased laptops, TVs, and even a refrigerator over the years, and every single one has been a solid investment. Plus, the return policy is the best in the business—Costco truly stands behind what they sell.
The customer service is another major reason I keep going back. Every time I’ve needed assistance—whether it was returning an item or asking for help finding something—the staff has been courteous, efficient, and helpful. It’s a busy place, but you can tell the employees are trained to keep things moving while still being friendly and respectful.
I also love the added perks of membership—access to Costco Travel, discounted gift cards, the pharmacy, and the gas station (where the prices are consistently lower than anywhere else). It truly feels like you’re getting value from your membership in multiple ways.
And of course, no trip to Costco is complete without a visit to the food court. The $1.50 hot dog and drink combo is legendary for a reason—tasty, filling, and ridiculously affordable in today’s world.
In short, Costco is one of those rare places where you feel like you’re genuinely getting more than you pay for. It’s a one-stop shop that saves me time, money, and stress—and I always leave with a cart full of quality items and a smile on my face. Highly recommend to anyone looking for value, variety, and a consistently excellent...
Read moreWhy I will never buy Costco tires again. I purchased tires in March or April 2023. Had a tire repaired with the usual 70 minute plus waiting period before completed in August 2023. I returned 9-29-2024 as I had a flat on the driver’s side rear. I called repeatedly for 2 days with no answer and bounced back to the message so a catch 22. I pulled up to the tire area and spoke to tire shop employee who asked me to check in at the front. This was about 9:40 am - they open at 10. The doors went up about 9:50 an I walked in the tire employee got my keys pulled my car in before 10 am. Approximately 2 hours 5 minutes later I was advised that the tire had a nail in the side wall. This tire representative explained unless I could show that I had the tires rotated they would not honor the warranty. I asked if a side wall puncture was specifically notated in that warranty and was advised it didn’t make a difference. He then stated I should buy 2 tires as I had used approx 20% of the tire life. I asked to have the spare put on and was advised they didn’t look at the spare. I purchased one more tire thinking I’m fine with Costco Tire (also an executive member). 1 hour 20 minuted later my car was ready. This was horrible customer service right from the beginning, took 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete the job just is ludicrous. Tomorrow I will buy the other 3 tires from discount tire and get the warranty for the new tire. I love shopping at Costco but did not realize just how poor customer service is at the tire shop and how rude the people were. If you think of buying tires there think again. You have to come in to see a person and schedule versus going to discount tire, getting in the rotation and getting any new or repaired tires out in an...
Read moreI went in on 9/7/24 as the store opened to add myself to a business account when our CEO was out of town to purchase one item. They informed me I could not without the account owner present and that I could not buy a day pass (bummer but no big deal) I mentioned that I was going to have to get added to the business account shortly due to a new location opening much closer and then started to purchase a personal account since I needed to make the purchase that day anyways. The floor supervisor was great and said he would let it slide and let me buy the one item as long as I was going to purchase a membership when our CEO returned. When I went to check out there was a different supervisor present who immediately got very snappy and refused to let me explain. When I pointed out the one I had spoke to before she began to tear into him and get on the phone to call (I assume) the store manager. She was rolling her eyes and being incredibly rude to everyone involved. While I understand it was a bit of a stretch of the rules, I offered to her to purchase the pass (meaning membership) and she immediately snapped “we don’t do passes here” and then she was the one to sign off on me going through without a membership card. I left feeling horrible for having got someone in trouble for helping me out. Costco as a whole is great however I was super disappointed in the female supervisor here this morning. She had no business treating coworkers OR customers the way she did. Posting this in hopes that management see’s and understands the gentleman’s perspective as the lady gave no opportunity to explain before getting angry. I did not catch anyone’s names but it was first shift...
