The donuts palace — Restaurant in Texas

Terrible service. It’s Memorial Day and they have posters on the window supporting Memorial Day and they have good selections to choose from, but when I asked for breakfast tacos which most of the reviews recommend it I decided to drive the extra mile just to try them since I’m a fan of breakfast tacos myself and when I got there I didn’t see any available and when I asked they said Sorry no more do you want anything else? I responded very sadly no thanks and started walking out and when he realized he was losing business he said Hey how many do you want? I said I want two bacon and 2 sausage he went to the back and came back and said. Can you wait 20 min. I thought about it for 3 seconds and said no thank you and walked out. I received no greeting as iI walked in. The man at the counter just watched me walk in. Since he wasn’t going to speak, I initiated by saying good morning and hello. The man at the counter refused to say anything. So I said it again and nothing. Ignoring the rudeness, I placed my order for two donuts and paid. As I was leaving a man walked in and the man at the counter said “good morning sir”. I am a black female and the man that came in was white. This place used to be good. Just bought ham/cheese kolache, brisket kolache, and Jalapeño popper. One bit of the ham and cheese i noticed a gross flavor and smell. The smell of them was of chemicals. Perhaps cleaning products. Simply unacceptable. Will never go back as this place has had quality issues with flavor of the chapel hill kolaches and now this.

EDIT to owner - This is not customer service, to say nothing is wrong with an entire new batch of kolaches, implying my concern is a lie. Address my concerns in a productive manner. Offer a refund, exchange for "good" kolaches. Your answer is a...
