When I got here the front desk staff did not greet me or even look up at me. I signed in and asked for a pedi and picked my colors. I waited around and was confused by the lack of customer service. Didn’t know if I was to wait or if she even knew I was there. When I asked the front desk about getting a pedi she seemed very inconvenienced. This was enough for me to leave, not sure why I didn’t. 10 minutes later I was brought back. The lady was nice but didn’t speak English. Had a great time until I asked for only one coat of color and one coat of glitter. She thought I wanted to take all of the polish off. Then she adds a thick layer of polish. I asked her take if off and start over and she does. Then she nudges one of my toes and adds more paint to fix it. So I was left with very thick polish. I asked her to fix it since I don’t like thick polish. The other techs were laughing. I try not to be a difficult customer and have never had a bad experience like this at a nail salon. Definitely not recommending or revisiting.

Read moreI've been looking for a nail salon in the area that could do a good pedicure for me and Sydney Nail Spa has done it! I tend to get a lot of build up and pain in my toes but the technician was able to get everything out while being very gentle. First time in a long time a nail shop has given me relief! I didn't feel like my services were rushed and the atmosphere was very tranquil. This will be my go to salon
Edit: Changed my review from a 5 to 4. I went a second time, paint job was done nicely but my services were rushed and the owner was a little snarky. She was nice to others and took her time with them, but I waited for my services for about 30 minutes, just for her to rush me through it and have an attitude. Read moreIt seems if you are a regular here (coming once a week, I assume) you are treated like family and well accommodated. For someone that has been here 5-6 times I cannot say the same. There is a consistent lack on time management by both the day manger and the scheduler. Each time I have gone to get a manicure and pedicure here I have had to block out a half day. I have called ahead to schedule my services and the last time I was there they said I needed to come back in an HOUR (after my appointment).
