went to the subway yesterday before my long shift at work just ordered two sandwiches basic sandwiches. Nothing crazy once I got to my car and drove away and started eating my sandwich. The bread was hard as a brick. I’m not even kidding. I couldn’t eat the sandwich honestly, I was so pissed off And I didn’t have time to go back to complain so I decided to call I called about 10 times I actually even called the next day and no one would answer the phone. I came here to get a chopped salad. They said they do not make chop salads but can make a regular salad. As she started to make my salad a roach was crawling on the counter. The other guy with gloves on smashed the roach with his hand. The lady in front of me was like OMG you killed a roach. I walked out and said never mind. New staff, doesn't know how to make sandwiches. I ordered a double meat foot long (which sadly I order 1-3 times a week) Would not give me the correct amount of meat even after I spoke up about being shorted. Decided not to argue further, just overpay for my meal as it was. Don't care if you're new, dealt with that a lot at Subways, just curious why you wouldn't double check if the customers request/claim was accurate before refusing him.
