I added another line to my service and was told by the sales rep there that there was a promotion going on where I would get a free phone and a free speaker if I added another line. I now find out that I have to pay the installment payments on these items for two billing cycles before it's credited. What?? The sales rep was helpful at first and gave me his personal cell to contact him but when I still needed help he failed to respond. Also, there was a "upgrade FEE" for my new phone, which he failed to inform me about until the end. Since then (early September) I have been to the store twice and two other representatives have failed to listen to what I was telling them about what I was told about the promotions and made me seem like I didn't know what I was talking about...just for them to go check and find out I was right! That's not customer service. I also needed a bill breakdown today and the rep was just throwing numbers at me instead of telling me what I was actually paying for. After me insisting my charges were incorrect, another rep called the customer service line and I ended up getting a huge credit applied to my account because I was overpaying this month, which it was the first sales rep's fault! There are alot of other details and complaints I have but I will leave that for the customer relations letter that I will be writing ASAP. The workers here seem incompetent and tell you what things "are or aren't" while dismissing what you (the customer) are saying is the actual issue! Just horrible...zero...
Read moreI honestly am not one to review locations that much. My visit was not only the most pain free but it was a friendly no pressure experience. I am a graphic designer and new business owner. I came in specifically for a Note 8 and I was informed of the Samsung Gear S3 and all the great things this model does. I said I would put a pin in it then realized all the benefits I would have of not whipping out my phone for meetings, when I'm in the zone on the computer, or just in general disrection of being polite to other people in my surroundings. I unfortunately couldn't afford the phone for the activation fee+taxes along with my other needed items I had bought. They were good enough to recommend making my account a business account and it would cut my initial costs significantly across the board. Kimberly and another T-Mobile employee (shaved head and beard) were very knowledgeable, friendly, worked with me, efficient, and again....No Pressure Salesmanship. Their location is right by my work and I am very happy with my new devices and the accessories that I bought with the simple information they placed on the table for me to either pick up or move on. So thank you to the staff. I am satisfied. It's the little things like this that make a business owner who holds networking as one of the keys to his ring to spread good words and go out of my way, if needed, to come...
