Boardwalk Bagels Cafe — Restaurant in Cypress

The oven was down for the coffee shop. I usually go to so I was looking for a breakfast place that was no fuss and fairly quick and easy for me to just get something to eat. Something cross my mind to check out some bagels and I looked around and saw this location that seemed to fit what I was looking for. it’s a fairly quiet and seem to have younger people that come to this location. The girls that were working, there were very polite and very sweet and very helpful with what I was looking for. Considering I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, they were very helpful with me. I ended up ordering the veggie breakfast bagel without sprouts and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. It was loaded with eggs and in this economy, I feel like I struck gold. I wish to take a photo, but I will definitely come back to order it again and maybe something else and take all the photos. If you’re in a mood for breakfast bagels, I recommend giving this place a shot!

I also left with a blueberry bagel and jalapeño and cheese bagel.

And as someone that stresses out a little bit if menus are a bit complicated or it’s hard for me to figure out what is what everything is clearly labeled, and I really appreciate the attention to detail to labeling the bagels on...

I decided to visit this place based on a friend's recommendation of their bagels. As soon as you enter, you will see a display of bagels (baked freshly), next to the cream cheese selections and the cashier station.

My order consisted of Jalapeno Cheese, Cheese, Spinach Parmesan, and Chocolate bagels. I also purchased 2 oz containers of chive cream cheese and strawberry cream cheese.

Among these choices, my standout favorite undoubtedly was the Jalapeno Cheese bagel. Its subtle spiciness and rich cheese aroma made for a perfect combination. The chive cream cheese really does give a boost to the bagel flavor. Meanwhile, the Chocolate bagel was a hit with my children, who savored it alongside the delightful strawberry cream cheese. The Cheese and Spinach Parmesan bagels are pretty much standard.

Arriving around 8 AM, I found no trouble securing parking right in front of the store. The morning staff were very friendly, and answered all questions I had. Through conversation, I learned that in addition to their 16oz and 8oz standard cream cheese containers, they also offered the small 2oz, which worked...

Food is good; no problem there. The actual problem lies with the staff. Three college/HS? aged kids and it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to make a panini and warm up a cinnamon roll, even when there are no other orders to be made. They just casually stand around as if there wasn't anything to do. Management needs to get proper workers, or maybe management is also problematic....

I witnessed an adult male (Scott?) come out of the restroom only to quickly go back in. When he came out the second time is when the audible sound of the toilet flushing followed him. (He had 'forgotten' to flush the first time.)

The bathroom is filthy, btw.
