Being here this last year has been awesome. Jessie, the new manager rocks! Love my home!--my 5 star review from 2017 My new updated review 8/2024 Still here! Jessie has been gone! Management has "changed" multiple times since I have been here and always leave a disaster in their wake. At the end of the day, owners have not changed and mgmt has changed in name only. Pinnacle mgmt "changed" to Cushman & Wakefield for example, but Cushman & Wakefield aquired Pinnacle, so same mgmt. If there is a manager in the office, good luck at getting information about owners. Leases are not always completed on time. The last mgr (Yari) who everyone is saying was so great, tried to evict me because of domestic violence (which is illegal). I was served with 2 eviction notices (both were dropped before court because they knew they were wrong). Then, I was told I was on a month-to-month lease, a $400 increase to my rent. The non-renewal was the apts error, not mine. I have been trying to get my 2023-2024 lease renewed to no avail. Had to involve HUD/USDA to keep a roof over my head! Everyone knows how slow the govt can be. Been without a refrigerator since Oct 2023 and made multiple complaints to be told to defrost. I have defrosted multiple times and it still does not work. I am 99% sure this is in retaliation to my FHC (fair housing complaint). Incidents similar to mine involving domestic violence have occurred and no action was taken against those residents. Maintenance is not knowledgeable and never have the right part to fix anything, they have to order it. If they tell you that they will be back, they won't. There is a communication issue also because the maintenance man does not speak english in a property where 100% of the residents do. Using Google Translate is the preferred communication and most of the time is still misunderstood. I HATE IT HERE! Unfortunately, I am not able to move because my daughter's father is in jail and I do not have the resources to move, so I am stuck! I stay in my apartment most of the time because I don't want to run into mgmt. I am not able to enjoy where I stay because of the constant threat of being kicked out over my head. I was asked by the apartments attny to not communicate with them. Got a letter on my door today, haven't even read it yet because I know it is some B.S.! Maybe they should contact my lawyer! It’s just havoc 24/7 the landlord and maintenance man are really the only 2 people that know what’s going on beside a couple residents. There are 3-4 people up there that is just havoc, a couple years ago everything was clean and well organized, no trash anywhere no neglected houses. Now there just, “un organized” which in my case means everything slipped off the track. I constantly smell skunk coming from a couple houses and people...

You get what you pay for. Loud neighbors with kids who have no boundaries or respect for other people or their property. Not enough parking. Fights and screaming through paper thin walls. No one seems to work in the office...or I guess they make their own hours. It seems pretty well maintained, but that's about all I can think of as a pro...
