Subway — Restaurant in Dahlonega

This all took place around 5pm April 11th 2022. We called ahead to order 8 sandwiches and were told that we could not order ahead by phone it must be done online or in store. I was in a sketchy cell service area and couldn't connect to the internet. So my only other choice was to order in the store. When we got there we told the young man that we need 8 sandwiches, 2 of them on a separate ticket. He literally right in front of us not even trying to hide it rolled his eyes and let out a huge sigh of annoyance. This continued throughout the entire order. He had no customer service. His face was blank or pouting around like we ruined everything. He truly made us feel like a burden. The lady at the end of the line was very nice. This young man tho completely ruined the experience for us.

While we were ordering the line built up all the way to the door. Several people decided to leave instead of wait. So because we were unable to order ahead with a bigger order it made this store lose money. Maybe a policy...

EVERY TIME I order from this subway they always get my order wrong! They don’t do a bad job making the sandwiches; they’re actually quite stuffed and taste good, but how hard is it to read from the app? It must be difficult because when I ask for Italian bread I get the Italian herbs and cheese, I ask for guacamole and pay extra and don’t get it, I ask for plain flat bread, I get wheat. It’s very frustrating! They always mess up at least one sandwich and of course it has to be the picky eater’s ones. I just wish for once they’d get it right or at least call me if they have to make changes and ask what I’d want instead of assuming. I have yet to call and follow up because when I usually get my sandwiches I am just so hungry after a long day of work but I have to tell them how dissatisfied I am so they know, unless they do know and just don’t really...

Customer service and attitude was poor. This was by far the worst Subway food and service that I have ever encountered. I am glad this is not my regular Subway. Could not order using app because it was put that they were out of everything. They are having delivery issues. I guess the young man who dressed my sandwich was mad because he had to come out of the back room when more people came in behind me. He just threw my condiments on there - over salted and peppered my sandwich. I ordered an all American club and ended with a salt and pepper sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and brownish. They would not honor any app discounts even though they accept them on the app - but you cannot order because they put they were out of everything for...
