Horrible franchise 7-11 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 they advertise that they are open 24 hours on the website but their lazy employee george locks the front doors around 11:00 P.M. at night & goes to sleep in the back room while this location loses $1,000’s of dollars and if you go knock on the door any wake him up he will call the police on you and lie to them!!!! Please corporate 7-11 FIRE THIS LAZY EMPLOYEE george ASAP!!!! I have talked to multiple people/friends & family and they say the same thing that george had the doors locked and then when they tried to go in to pay for gas he kept the doors locked and called the police with a fake police report. George is a horrible person/ lazy and a bad representation of 7-11 and a lazy worker/ costing 7-11 money every time he turns a customer away. George is pathetic!!!! DONT GO TO HILLCREST 7-11...

When you walk in this store has a foul smell. The floors are filthy like spilled coffe, icees, and sodas. And the drink and slurpie stations are very dirty. I witnessed one of the employees (maybe a manager because he wasnt dressed like the others) pick up lids that were on the floor under the slurpie station (remind you i said it was nasty on the ground and surrounding) and put them back in the lid dispenser. That is unsanitary and just plain wrong especially with all the viruses and germs already going around. Will not...

Says open 24/7 I have come many times ranging from midnight to 2 am and sometimes it's closed and locked with someone inside just standing there and sometimes it's not. If its not 24/7 or closed for whatever reason there needs to be signage posted or update the online hours posted. Cause you've got someone not doing any sales or anything for a few hours at a time randomly through the week. Keep it consistent if that's the case.
