While going for a day of play is great, planning a birthday party there was a headache. 1) when I booked they told me they could not provide a cake but would give me 20% off (however there was a promo going on at the time for 20% off to book regardless of cake or not), 2) a week before the party I called to tell them that I would have 19 kids, not 14 and was told that now they could also not provide the pizza included in the $39.95 package. Mind you the difference between the $29.95 and the $39.95 package is a) pizza and b) you can bring in your own food at the higher price. I kindly asked them to honor the $29.95 price since I would now have to bring in my own pizza to which I was told that I could not do that because I was bringing in my own food. To which I explained that if they provided the pizza I would not have to bring in my own food. For the pizza issue they offered a discount of $3 per kid - so what were they doing with the other $7? I asked to speak with a manager to which I was told I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and was told the same thing. $3 or nothing, plus the headache and cost of now having to bring in my own pizza. Invitations had already gone out and places were already booked up so I decided that I would deal with it after the party and not stress. Mind you 19 kids x $7 isn't pennies in my opinion but when you're already paying $36.95 per kid what's another $133 - PIZZA that's what! I spent $160 in pizza. Anyhow, on the day of arrival I walk in and they tell me that their system is down and they can only take cash for the remaining balance - absolutely not. I am there balloons, cake, décor, etc. in hand and they won't let me in without $400 in cash. Super annoying. I asked them to get their manager, Jessica on the phone. Somehow she was able to charge my credit card - Hmmmmm - seems sketchy to me. She did only charge me for 14 kids, gave me $30 for the cake, 20% off and then $3 per kid for pizza but it should have been $29.95 - $3 - 20% and then $30 off the balance for the cake. All in all I ended up out about $300 and some grey hairs but definitely was not a walk in the park. The kids had fun and most of all my daughter was happy but will we book again - Absolutely not. Thinking next time the park sounds like a...
Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. First off let me say this, this place is very unsanitary. There was a little girl running around, throwing up in the playpen she got my daughter and all the other kids at my daughter’s birthday party is sick with a stomach bug. They have been throwing up for days now. I also paid $450 for the meal party package for my daughter’s third birthday and a lady there ruined my daughters third birthday party by letting her son run all over in my daughters area and was trying to steal her gifts and putting his fingers in my daughters cake that I spent $200 on. We were nice enough to give him a cupcake and tried to find his mom but come to find out his mother was on her phone with her head phone in not even paying attention to her son. multiple times he did this. His mother then tried to aggressively attack us verbally after we were going to grab the staff because her son was trying to run away with my daughters gifts from family, and then blamed my significant other saying that he punched her when the entire thing was on camera, and nobody laid a hand on her. Even the cops saw the proof. This place needs security. They did not refund my party. I have gotten no communication from them. The ladies at the front are very sweet but this place is very poorly managed and I feel like they need to do something about it. The gate at the front is broken so anyone can walk in and out. The list goes on and on about this place and it’s sad because I found it on TikTok and thought it would be a great place but I was MISTAKEN! and I don’t want to write a long long paragraph but DO NOT Waste your Child’s mental and physical health coming here. WASTE OF...

We finally checked out Kids Empire on Arapaho Road (right across from the park!) this Saturday, and wow—what a blast! 🤩 It was our first visit, and let’s just say… it won’t be our last.
✨ First Impressions The place is super clean and well-organized. You’ll need non-slip socks to enter—yes, even parents! 👣 If you forget, no worries—they sell them for just $3 at the front desk. It’s a small price for big fun!
💸 Pricing & Playtime We paid $19 per child, and both of my kids were in full adventure mode from the moment we stepped in. We stayed for nearly 2 hours, and they still didn’t want to leave! 😅 That’s how you know it’s a hit.
🎂 Birthday Bash Vibes It was a weekend, so yes—it was crowded, but the energy was electric ⚡️. There was a birthday party happening, and it looked like a total dream for kids. Definitely bookmarking this spot for future celebrations!
🔊 Sound Check The music was a bit loud, but honestly, with all the giggles, squeals, and happy chaos, it kind of balanced out. 🎶 Kids were louder than the speakers, and that’s part of the charm, right?
🌟 Final Thoughts If you’re looking for a place where your kids can climb, slide, bounce, and burn off all that weekend energy—this is it. It’s a safe, clean, and joy-packed indoor playground that sparks curiosity and keeps little feet moving. 🌀
We’ll be back soon… maybe with birthday hats...
