We honestly would give our review about a 4️⃣ 1/2, but because we don’t have that option, we rated it a four 4️⃣ . We both recently went there for the first time and enjoyed our dining experience there. We had the nicest waitress, her name was Kwang. We enjoyed not only meeting her, but would like for her to be our waitress again the next time we come, she was very good. I had Cashew Chicken with brown rice and would give it somewhere between a four and a five. When it was served, I actually did not like it too much, it was OK, definitely not my favorite. However, the portion was suitably substantial and I brought half of it home. In saying that, the ingredients must have melded together more and the flavor of it today is VERY good! My husband had the Pad Se Ew and he would give it a five 5️⃣. He said it was very flavorful and delicious! We also had two different appetizers, the Spring Rolls with Peanut 🥜 Sauce and the Crab and Avocado Rolls. The Spring Rolls were very fresh and we would give them about a four to a 4 1/2. We used to go to another restaurant before we moved, and would give there’s a five and so it’s hard when you’ve had one you really loved, but at least these were very fresh. We did not favor the peanut sauce here as well as we did the other restaurant, but it was definitely better tasting than some of the others we’ve had. We also got the Crab and Avocado 🥑 Rolls and were delightfully surprised! My husband said, “Look, they use the crab with the C and not the K,” meaning they were using real crab and not imitation crab. At first bite, we also really liked the cashew sauce that came with it. We got the dessert which was fried banana with coconut ice cream, it used to be a favorite of ours, but honestly, we did not enjoy that very much and would give that a two or three. It’s hard sometimes when you found one you really love and for that reason, this one was not what we were looking for. They also had Fuji Bottled Water 💦 And I am so very thankful for that. For medical reasons, I need to drink very filtered water and a majority of the restaurants we’ve been to, do not serve bottled water and we have to bring our own. This was definitely a PLUS and a very nice touch for us!

BUT I want to say our dining experience there was very nice. We really liked our waitress, our food was of high-quality and well prepared, and their plating was very nice also. I’m so glad I only ate half of mine because I’m truly enjoying the...

Located on Arapaho Road, Ka Thai Restaurant offers a clean and inviting atmosphere, with an efficient and attentive staff that ensures a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is bright and welcoming, making it a comfortable choice for a casual meal.

During my visit, I opted for the Pad Thai, a classic staple of Thai cuisine. While the presentation was neat and the dish was well-executed in terms of texture, I found the flavor profile to be somewhat underwhelming. Traditional Pad Thai is known for its harmonious blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, creating a vibrant explosion of flavors. Unfortunately, this particular rendition lacked that depth and complexity. The seasoning, while balanced, felt somewhat muted, missing the boldness and richness that are characteristic of a truly standout Pad Thai.

While the service was prompt and the restaurant impeccably clean, the dish left much to be desired in terms of flavor. For a restaurant that prides itself on authentic Thai fare, it would benefit from a more robust and traditional flavor profile to elevate the experience.

In conclusion, Ka Thai provides a solid dining experience with efficient service and a clean environment. However, if you are seeking a truly authentic Thai culinary experience, it may fall short in delivering the rich, vibrant flavors that the cuisine is...

My husband and I were visiting the area and craving Thai food, so we searched for a spot with great reviews and a nice ambiance—and we’re so glad we found this place! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were not only incredibly friendly but also very authentic and helpful with food recommendations.

The restaurant itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calm, inviting vibe. We started with the summer rolls, which were fresh, light, and full of flavor. For our mains, we had the Pad Thai and Sweet-and-Sour Chicken—and let me tell you, the flavors were next-level. We’ve eaten at many Thai restaurants over the years, and this one truly stands out. The sauces were rich, balanced, and authentically crafted—no shortcuts here.

We left completely satisfied and impressed, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Thai food with top-notch service. Thank you for an incredible meal and a memorable dining...

I really hate writing this review. Our female server “franny” was amazing. Unfortunately the bus boys are not. There for under an hour and 1 min after I have a bite of food in my mouth and look down at my phone after spending $$$$$$ here multiple times and had similar experience from the male server and busboys, they try to get you out fast; our plates were full. They packaged up our food while a new drink was still arriving. Didn’t get a dent into it. Full bowl of expensive curry and Thai noodles now will be trash because everyone knows leftovers do not heat up well. Asked for silverware and specifically asked for everything ; got two plastic spoons. If you work in the service industry; you know you should never rush a table and especially have untrained bus boys forcing you to eat with plastic spoons out of to go plates at a table at a Thai restaurant. I will not be coming back here; and neither should you.

We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Ka Thai North Dallas this past Saturday night while celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Nutt at the front. Her kindness, attentiveness, and bright energy set the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Kwan, was equally exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our experience was perfect. The service was seamless, and Kwan’s thoughtful approach truly made us feel special throughout the evening. The food was phenomenal – every dish was vibrant, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Combined with the outstanding service from Kwan and Nutt, our celebration turned into a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Ka Thai North Dallas team for making our night so special. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
