Sushi Box — Restaurant in Dallas

The cashier girl was OK with her behavior however I asked for 1 regular baked roll and 2 special rolls which had a deal for 2 for $20.99 . First I mentioned the baked one because my friend couldn’t have raw. Right after I asked for mine ones because I like it raw, anyway I asked for 1st one of mine and she said that one is not included with the deal because it was $13.99 itself however combo ones should’ve been $10.99 each so I changed it. Totally we got 3 of them and the baked one came wrong. The baked tuna roll came as spicy tuna roll. It was raw. We asked them if it’s the right one and the chef said we can change it for you. Once they changed, we started to have it and the cashier girl was like “we’re going to charge you $2.80 more due to change” . I mean, I travel a lot and I try sushi every single spot I been to. This attitude and work discipline was the worst ever. You can not charge customers for wrong order especially when they asked for the right thing. Even though you’re sure of yourself you wouldn’t embarrass yourself for $2.80 . The chef was good, I’m wishing them good luck with this working mentality. This is not my first time to ever try sushi box I have tried the one in Rockwall as well as the one in Plano and they have done amazing job but this location in Arapaho they way they present their food 🍱 i did not expect to pay 30 dollars for 6 pieces of sushi they are so limited with their portions I paid extra for crispy onions in top I payed extra for cream cheese I paid extra for jalapeños and honestly they didn’t even bother to give me what I payed for I will not be coming back to this location ever!!! cooks don’t even bother making no your sushi the way and the amount you paid for I have never had an issue at other locations just this location you pay money for everY topping and than they don’t even add it on your food??? What type of scamming is this honestly had such a terrible...

We got this place for the first time today. I made the order online and went to pick it up myself. There was a very short wait while they finished putting everything together. Everything was present beautifully, even as a to-go order. All of the ingredients were fresh and full of flavor, I asked for extra ginger and soy sauce, and they did not disappoint! We got the California roll bento boxes and added a veggie roll for the kids that just don’t eat fish anything. I am proud to say both of them tried the veggie sushi roll, and even said they would eat them again! So this was a win!! Sorry for only taking one picture! We were all ready to eat!
