One of the worst wireless experiences and makes me thoroughly distrust ATT. Initially manager Daniel seemed knowledgeable and sold us new wireless service with an internet bundle discount and tradeins. We couldn't finish that day so came back and finished the setup with associate Brian who was the only one working in the store. He was simultaneously helping three customers at once which extended the execution of the sale to about 2 hours. I confirmed on screen. We just received our first bill and nearly everything was wrong. One phone line was signed up for an incorrect separate limited use plan that increased the bill by $100 for data overages, ATT or the store associate added additional insurance and upgrade plans to two phone which we never agreed to or authorized, and the bundle discount didn't exist. We came back to the store to get help and were told to call customer support. One and a half hours later on the phone, we learned that the bundle is not eligible for the service they signed us up for and that whoever pushed the order through changed the plan and added additional coverage. The store manager at this point did not take responsibility and would only help change the service to the correct plan, removed the extra coverage, and never knew about the issue with the bundle discount. Customer support by phone finally able to give credit for the mistakes after I escalated and stayed on for over an hour, but could not help with bundle discount unless we completely change service from what we were originally sold. Lack of knowledge, preparedness, and execution at this store has been astounding and nearly cost us a few hundred dollars a month if we didn't go to these lengths to correct. Should never have happened in the first place. Whatever you are sold in the store should be what you are purchasing, and the retail people should understand how to execute this effectively. I've already warned the rest of my family who were considering moving to ATT, and they are looking at other carriers now. Will not be using this retail store...
Read moreI just wanted to share my experience at the local retail AT&T store located at 5767 W Lovers Lane & Inwood. I never write a review; however, the poor customer service I received was AWFUL by the sale associate Brian Lopez at this location on Sunday June 8, 2025 about 5:00 p.m. He was rude, unprofessional, condescending, and refused to help me. He basically told me to leave the store. If I could give zero points, I would. I am in awe that AT&T would be accepting of this type of behavior from one of their employees toward a customer.
I reported this incident to the customer service support but they said without the sale associate ID# they could only emailed the store manager. This demonstrated a lack of concern in resolving this issues on the part of AT&T. A dissatisfied customer that has been with AT&T for over 30+ years. I advised all to stay away from that location until they are willing to make...
