Read moreI had a togo order and wanted to order a drink but when I approached the front to place my order - the phone had already been ringing and the girl with the dark brunette red hair and dark red lips had no customer service skills at all. The phone was ringing at the togo area forever (behind the girl with the dirty blonde hair) and they both ignored it. The phone had been ringing and ringing through the 2 customers that had been helped before it was my turn and she decided to answer it at the last minute when I was next in line. She didnt even hurry back and didnt even say anything either. I waited there but at that point was I annoyed and I just decided to go sit down. I saw her walking outside and didnt come back until I went to go sit down at the far corner of the store. I wanted to study and had brought my laptop but decided to eat first. I ordered the Mother Earth Salmon bowl. Everything was good except the quinoa and sweet potato. The sweet potato was so rough and it wasnt cooked all the way through. The quinoa was crunchy and couldve been cooked longer as well. I had already eaten halfway and decided to make this review because I was upset at that point. I ended up eating the whole thing because it was too expensive anyway. You pay $20 for the clean ingedients but it should have at least been cooked very well at that price point. I wanted to try this location because its closer to my Institute but I recommend going to the Flower Child on Royal Lane. I go there all the time and have no issues with customer service or the food there. I will stick to that place in the future and not come back here. I was very dissapointed with this location...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, and I wish I could have reviewed the food they had, but this was one of the worst experiences my wife and I have had in a while. I left my wife and our service dog outside and went inside and asked if we could bring a dog inside. They said we could and pointed us to their dog bowls that they had inside. Perfect. As soon as we order and sit down, we get told we are not allowed to have a dog inside and that we had to take him outside, right after I filled the dog bowl they offered with water. I thought I was delusional for a second. I reminded the lady that it was a service dog but it did not matter apparently and we had to go. I instantly asked for a refund and took my wife elsewhere. The manager said dogs are only allowed in the outside patio and said that was why they had dog bowls. It is 98 degrees outside. I am not putting my dog outside in the heat with no shade. He said it was a restaurant that had to run by rules to keep people happy. Thats great to hear. Here is a photo of my terrifying enormous 16 pound service dog for reference. We went to a restaurant nearby and they let our very scary dog sit and even brought him water. This review is mostly for visibility. As a disabled veteran, this was a...
