Wow! Donuts & Drips Dallas - Elevated Donuts, Pastries, Coffee, and Teas — Restaurant in Dallas

I stumbled across this place and was pretty excited about trying it because they seem to have a wide variety of flavors and unique options. I ordered the Nutella donut, the honey butter piggies, and a dozen glazed donut holes. Based off of the pictures on the website, I was under the assumption that the Nutella donut would be a glazed donut with a whipped type chocolate cream filling and a chocolate iced topping with a dollop of whip topped with a Ferrero Rocher candy and the honey butter piggies would come in stacks of three with a honey butter glaze. However, the donut was a glazed donut with a chocolate filling that had a thick soupy consistency and was pouring out, there was no candy on top of the donut nor did it have any type of flavoring that would suggest it is a Nutella flavor donut. The honey butter piggies were in fact not multiples, but a standard size small kolache with no type of glaze. Just a regular ole kolache. The donut holes were good but it's not really hard to mess up donut holes. For the price that I paid for these I am highly disappointed and will stick with the standard...

Wow Donuts and Drips are part of a project called Too good to go. This program allows the customer to purchase the daily surplus food from the business to keep it from being wasted. However, when the company participating fails to follow the guidelines it becomes a complete failure. It's ridiculous when you show up two days in a row to pick up your paid orders only to discover no posted signage showing the business closed early for the day. The store is supposed to notify the customer the same pickup day if nothing is available. Then a refund notification occurs immediately prior to pickup. Unfortunately, Wow Donuts and Drips chose to resell my paid orders to another customer later that same day. Therefore, making these donuts two days old. I have requested a refund from Too good to go since the product was never received. ...

Was searching for Crème Brûlée donuts & this was the first location that popped up. So of course on a gloomy Saturday I had to go. I get there and it was still fairly open & sadly didn’t have the crème brûlée donuts but it was fine, I’d come back no problem. On my way out the owner (?) noticed I didn’t have anything and questioned it. I told him I had came for that specific donut and it wasn’t available. He stopped and was like no, I will make you one right now. I said no worries I’ll be back, but no he insisted! I said sure thing. He got my donut made and I got an iced coffee! That crème brûlée donut was the one the best things I’ve ever tried! I can’t even explain it! Everyone needs to try this at least once ! But I’ll turn into more!
