As a client, you schedule two sessions per week that take 20 minutes each, plus an extra five minutes of cardio at the end. During your 20 minutes, the trainer, (who is always an extremely well-vetted and qualified employee, not a random freelance "personal trainer") works with you specifically for about 90 seconds at a time on a series of different pieces of hydraulic electronically controlled equipment that are designed to both challenge and allow for success. I am a woman in her early 60's and I have two artificial knees. I knew it was crucial to add a meaningful and sustainable exercise component to my personal weight loss program but was worried about the risk of injury. The trainers here will tailor the workouts to manage any personal limitations or specific goals their client may have and they design the pace and sequencing of workout routine every time you go there. I feel extremely fortunate to have found the team of coaches with this approach, but anyone can benefit from the protocol here since you are always competing only with your own current level of ability. My balance, strength and core stability are tangibly improved and the muscle definition in my arms and legs are also evident. I call that a win! I have been more than satisfied with each session at the facility; occasionally still needing more than just a few minutes to recover enough to drive my car home. A few years ago was told to exercise more or start being treated for diabetes. Minor change in diet and added resistance training at exercise coach instead of just on my own and not yet on any medication...

I have also lost inches and weight, which wasn't my original intent, but I'll take it! The staff are terrific and keep me motivated.
