When I first went to the store the gentleman who helped me in purchasing my new iPhone was very helpful. He said that his name was Michael. I did have to go back a couple of times as I was new to having an iPhone. āMichaelā was always helpful and courteous. I had to purchase an iPhone due to the fact that my androids have been getting hacked so I thought and was told to get a IPhone because they were more Secure! But when began having some issues about a month later, I went into the store with my friend. Itās not an easy task but for me to do that because I donāt have transportation and I am in a wheelchair. When I was in he store they said that the guy that helped me before āCarlosā was not in , he would be back at 4or 5. My friend and I were a little confused about whether the gentleman that helped was the āMichael ā or Carlosā??? I could hear them laughing in ( but not really) he was rude very , very rude! I told him that I was having trouble with my phone and he didnāt even want to hear what was going on with it, he just asked for my phone and then he put in a SIM card. Was using the eSIM which I preferred due to the hacking issues. But he wasnāt very cooperative and said that if I wanted to to Carls to call at 4or 5. We left the store 2minlater, Iām not even able to make a call out. What the hell did he do to my phone. So we had to go back up there and my friend asked if the unfriendly now known as the store manager could come to the car because she would have to get the w/c out again and it was just a little too much. So he takes my phone and does whatever and so I am able to make calls but it was giving me error messages. So I called around 5 and the manager said no heās not here but will be 6 or 7??? If you actually close 5 min before the posted time, then you should put your closing time at 8:55pm and not 9:00 pm.
