If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the Pizza Box with BBQ boneless wings, & some of the wings were raw. Yes, RAW!! I bit into one & wondered what was “chewy”, & I looked at my boneless wing — raw. When I called the night of, I was told the manager wasn’t there. I called back the following morning, & I was told the manager was out making deliveries. How can you leave your establishment with not one manager on duty in case there’s an incident?! He finally calls me back & offered a $10 CREDIT for just the wings. A credit for RAW boneless wings that I bit into. I barely even got an apology! This is a serious health violation. Thankfully, I barely ate anything in the box because the “only way” I apparently could get a refund was to return the box — which I did because who would even consider eating anything else?! The fact I even had to return the box for someone to believe me is absurd. I know more could’ve been done, & I will be reporting this because someone else could’ve consumed raw chicken as well. Read moreI had the worst experience today when I ordered a pizza online with this location. I ordered the pizza at 8:03 pm and it was promised to be delivered by 8:41 pm, however, I didn't get my pizza till after 9:04 pm. When I called the location, the young lady huffed at me when I explained what was going on and then finally transferred me to a manager. The manager offered me $10 off my next order. I was like okay fine no problem. I finally opened the box up when I got upstairs and the pizza was no longer hot ... yet the cheese had gotten hard because it had gotten so cold. I called the manager back and explained that I wasn't pleased and this was unacceptable when he said he agreed to send the driver to pick the pizza up in order to refund me my money.
Let me also tell you ... the driver didn't even get out the car to give me my pizza. He opened his window and passed me the pizza through the passenger window.

Read moreThis was the worst experience i've ever had!! I ordered over the fone, i was on hold for over 5 min then they hung up the fone. I had to cal 2 or 3 times for me to place the order. The guy was super rude, i had trouble hearing what he was saying so he would yell at me! I waited over an hour for the pizza to arrive at my apartment. While i was waiting, i called to see what was taking so long. Her response was "yea your order is on it's way." Then hung up the fone again. I called again in ten minutes, turned out they had both my address and my fone number wrong. Which I was blamed for. Over an hour later the pizza finally got there. It was cold, jalapeños were crusty, it was awful and disgusting. I still had to pay for the pizza, and the delivery guy had the nerve to ask for a tip. Never again am I ordering from this place. They really need to work on their customer service, or simply just replace their staff. They are just so rude and don't care for clients...
