I saw this place on IG! It's def a vibe and under $12 without any add-ons like egg rolls, crab ragoons, drinks, etc. I no longer eat poultry or red meats, but there are several veggie/vegetarian options available! I got the 3-entree combo with half rice & half lo mein, cabbage mix, green beans, & potatoes. I added an order of veggie spring rolls and crab ragoons (I still eat some fish/seafood). Although the lo mein was good, they use spaghetti noodles. The crab ragoons were doughy, so I didn't get to finish them. Some of the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. I enjoyed everything else and would come back if I were in a time crunch and wanted fast food Chinese. Even though I no longer eat meat, the meat options look delish! They also allow you to sample. I went shortly after they opened, and a line started forming, but it went rather quickly. They give you so much food!!!!! I actually had her not overly fill my container like you see on IG bc I wanted my box to close properly, and I wasn't in the mood for a lot of leftovers. But, they do give you a lot, so families with kids this is def a great option for you!!! Y'all can share a few 3-combo meals for sure!!!! Customer service is pretty decent.

So i seen this spot on TikTok and I had to try it out. I'm especially fond of Chinese food and miss the good food at the Happy Wok in LA Puente. I brought the family on a 40 drive to be utterly disappointed. I've never had a Chinese food restaurant try to pass off spaghetti as Chinese style noodles. The rice was a not right but not bad just different. The Kung pow beef was normal meaning rubbery but not bad enough to pass up. The star of the show was the BBQ chicken which is the only reason I gave any stars for the food. I had orange chicken and was mediocre but I was committed at this point. I didn't drive this far to throw $11 in the trash. So for three combos and a kids meal pluse drinks set me back $55. I gave it a shot because there's always a hidden gem waiting to be discovered but this was fools gold. I will definitely not be coming back here. If I need a Chinese food fix Rice Wok in Arlington will be #1 for me.

After seeing them on Instagram, I had to go and try them out. Their customer service is top notch. I was outside looking at the menu and perhaps the owner saw me and invited me in and welcomed me. Cashiers are kind and eager to help you find your favorite dish. The portions are full in size! I choose the noodles (lo mein I think), black pepper chicken, Cajun chicken, and Beijing beef. Noodles were flavorful, slippery and chewy. All the entrees tasted fresh with great taste. They're cream cheese wonton were tasty as well. I even got my a mango smoothie with popping strawberry Boba and that was fantastic. Overall, very happy with my visit. To me, this is what perfect Chinese takeout food should be. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed!

The staff is rude and disrespectful. I went to pick up an order for DD. I go inside, I tell the lady the name on the order which is a basic American name, and she asked to see my screen to verify I had the right name. So I spelled the name out for her in order to ensure accuracy. She walks to the other side of the counter and finds the order. From there she tells me to confirm the order. I responded back saying, "okay". Then I asked if the order she had in her hand included all that came with the order. But I asked each item by item per DD requirement to confirm the order. The girl laughs at me. The the other young lady spoke to me from across the room asking me what I needed and things. When I proceed to answer she accused me of yelling across the room. I said, you asked me to confirm the order then I went through the confirmation process but you accuse me of yelling because you want to talk to me across the room but can't hear me either so I elevate my voice more for clarity, now I'm the one accused of the yelling. She then threatened me saying are you going to confirm it or do I need to get another driver. I almost cussed her out right there for being so disrespectful but I chose to write this review instead. If you have self respect yourself, don't interact with this place. It's...

I was excited to try China Bull Express because of all the great reviews about their customer service—but what I experienced was the complete opposite. I walked in and saw three people standing at the front: a woman, a younger girl, and a male. Not one of them greeted me. They just stood there staring. So I said, “Hi.” No one responded. I walked closer to the counter and said it again: “Hi.”

That’s when the older woman—she looked Hispanic—just stared at me and then, with the most condescending tone, loudly said, “ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER?!”

I was honestly shocked. I paused and asked her if she was okay because who talks to a customer like that?! Instead of apologizing, she just said, “Oh, I didn’t hear you,” like it was nothing. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude.

I proceeded to order my food with the male employee, and while I was paying, they all started laughing and speaking in another language right in front of me. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This staff was blatantly disrespectful and made me feel completely unwelcome. If this is how they treat customers, I seriously don’t understand where the positive reviews are coming from. I truly hope this behavior is addressed, because no one should be treated this way when giving a business...

I want to give them five stars, but I can’t simply because although the food is amazing the cleaning list and sanitation of the places. Absolutely terrible. I went in there earlier this afternoon and I ordered a meal and before I sit down to eight. I figured Let me go ahead into the bathroom and wash my hands. Upon entering the bathroom I noticed the floor was greasy. OK? No big deal. It is what it is. I can deal with that… The nail in the coffin was when I went to wash my hands and noticed there was no soap. Ended up, returning to the front counter, and asking for some and the girl out. There just looked at me like I was an idiot, and they told me to sanitize my hands with hand sanitizer. I couldn’t believe that there was no paper towels. Either that they just had me had sanitizing my hands with sanitizer. My thoughts, Were the fact, that is this all the stuff that you guys have in the restaurant. You guys were so nonchalant and unbothered about the fact that customers are being forced to use the restroom without properly, washing their hands, and then furthermore, is this the same bathroom that the employers are using??? I just couldn’t really understand it, and so for those reasons, I can’t give you guys full stars, but at the same time the food...
