UPDATE: We got our bed today and it actually matches perfectly with our furniture and is sooo so comfy! We love it! After making my order online for a bed frame and mattress, I received a call the next morning from Juan who told me the bed frame was not in stock but they were ordering it right away. Today he told me that he tried to rush the shipment because it was delayed and it couldn’t be here by this weekend. This made me sad, but he then sent me a list of beds I could choose from if I didn’t want to wait. He was super accommodating and very sweet the entire time. I did end up picking out a bed $20 more than the one I wanted, but he told me not to worry about the $20, which was nice and also made me feel like he understood the inconvenience and wasn’t trying to push me to buy any higher priced beds. I felt like he genuinely cared about me being happy with what I got. He is still trying to get the new bed out to me by tomorrow even though we just scheduled it like an hour ago. How amazing! I know where I will continue to shop from in the future. If you can give me customer service like this, in the end it wont even matter if I can find better prices somewhere else (even though I’m pretty sure I can’t anyway) I want someone I can trust and I trust Juan! ...
Read moreAt first, it was a five star review. The service was really good when I went into the store and everything was confirm that my bed was going to be delivered on time about two days later. The day that the man came for the delivery they did a good job setting up the bed but of course I inspected the bed to make sure everything was OK. The mattress had three holes inside of it plus the dent on the bed which the man explain that the dent would go away within time. I contacted the people from the store to let them know that I am not going to stay with a mattress that has holes inside of them. After all the money I paid for for the mattress. I was told to send some pictures to the phone which I did then I was told that my mattress would be delivered on Saturday or Monday since they are closed on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I still have not got any new mattress. I have been calling the store the past couple of days and I have been not getting a response or answer. I did not pay for a used mattress I paid for a brand new mattress, so why would you give me something that looks like a used mattress. I will no longer shop...

edit- i came back during December and had an awful experience. I came to order a dryer. The female associate that helped ordered the wrong product, and ended up ordering a washer and had a washer delivered to our address. The washer was returned and I called canales furniture and i asked them to cancel everything, because i was no longer interested in purchasing from them. That same associate told us she had went ahead and canceled everything for me, and that I should receive a refund for what I had already paid. I never received the refund and called again and was told a manager would call me back. Well a manager never reached out to me nor did i ever receive my refund so i had to go through my bank. She also never canceled the leasing plan we had made since i'm now receiving emails from the leasing company telling me I owe payments for a product I never received.
