This rent a center violates consumers rights. It’s like the manager Richard takes his job too serious. Repeat back to back calls and unannounced attempts to contact in person at my residence. I am in the process of getting g a civil rights attorney and pulling all the records so that this man is. All this for a 250 speaker!! Violated 15 USC1692D subsection 808, 807, and 806.. Then when they came over they act gangster and refuse to leave when asked to. Then when they are addressed in person they assault their customer and cry wolf to the police. I have asked for months for the DISTRICT MANAGERS attention to this matter. I am seeking remedy within the administrators in court regarding this situation for civil and equitable damages my family are owed. I suggest your legal department reaching out ASAP. I highly recommend this place, I came here in need of furniture last year. I have been to a few places before, but was told that rent a center is a easy way to grow your furniture collection within your home...which is true. I’ve paid off a bed and am now with a living room that is everything we were looking for, Richard (the manager) has been helping me from the beginning and he is an all around great guy who helps me keep my family happy.
