This is the worse place I’ve ever experienced for Chinese food. The service was horrible and the food was not eatable. I waisted money and strongly recommend that you try somewhere else. The way I was treated by staff was not good at all & if I would give 0 stars I definitely would. They have no customer service and I threw my food in the trash. Twice with 30 minutes… I’ll try to sum this up & wish I’d read reviews before eating. I’m not into Chinese food but my niece was stopping here so I asked her to just grab me chicken fried rice. She brought my plate and the chicken looked very disturbing. I took a small bite and it taste absolutely nothing like chicken. Called and spoke with a woman by phone to exchange my order - she was rude. Instantly caught an Attitude but said I can pay the difference and bring food untouched. I took the food back and asked to exchange for orange chicken. She was mean and raised her voice saying I’ve eaten off the plate. I explained I ate a small portion of rice but did not like the chicken & the plate was still full. I told her I can pay whatever she needs me to and I just want to exchange because money was not the issue. She was still very angry and snatched my plate off counter to throw away. They made the orange chicken - the rice was horrible. Should have kept rice from first plate- the orange chicken was more appealing but not to my liking so I hardly ate anything off that plate. It was a loose loose situation and because of their service I will never think of returning to their establishment. Now I see why the building looked so dull and was empty. Btw I don’t like eating food if I have to argue with people that are making it and even trying to avoid the argument the lady at the register was still oblivious. GO Somewhere ELSE!!! & the reviews state they...

People give good reviews but both the place inside n out plus the food is disgusting!! Inside is filthy and full of dead flies and cobwebs on the window sill. Mismatched table, chair n some booths are dirty. We ordered our food then sat down and that's when we noticed how dirty this place really was/is. When we initially walked in, the place smelled like funky sour pork, but the folks inside were eating like it was good. So we chanced it and ordered our food but decided to take it back to the hotel to eat but once we started it was horrible. So wehad to throw it out, because the wontons were not real wonton, and the egg rolls were only passable. Chicken n broccoli was super salty and not good. Then the chicken lomein my husband order was not chicken, not sure if it was beef or something else. Worst possible selection. DO NOT EAT HERE, Super FILTHY AND the Chinese Lady didnt greet anyone and had a scowl on her face the entire time. As we waited for our order she kept yelling at the Chinese man working with her the entire time. Very bad place. If you want something cheap and lots of it then eat here...

Loved the first time I came to this place the first time but at different location. At this location they gave me the wrong order and over charged me, plus the food was so bland. I called cause I noticed when I got home and they told me to not eat and bring it back. I was in the middle of a class but since I’m pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day I decided to take it back during my break. When I got there the older bigger lady seemed willing to help, but the minute she called the other one she was INCREDIBLY RUDE! She didn’t seem to want to fix anything, offer any solutions, or refund me. She also claimed that I ate all the food (not true) and I explained how I left my class and was pregnant and just want my food fix. She told me what the hell does that have to do with anything and (FU) cursed me out!! I cried so much 😂 probably hormones. But now that I’ve eaten I’m so annoyed I even stopped by there and thank God for disputes. Please check your food and payment in real time, as for me,...

An FYI for management, your online menu needs to be updated and your outside lights needs to be turned on. I ordered 2 egg rolls, 1 fountain drink, 1 orange chicken with rice, and 1 beef with fried rice. The food came out very fresh and hot from the kitchen with an estimated 5-7 minute wait. The total price for 1 person came out to be almost $20. I didn't know that I was ordering 2 separate meals and if the menu was a little bit more clear I would have spent about $10-12 dollars. I have more than enough to have a full meal for tomorrow. The orange chicken was tender with just the right amount of spice. The beef was both tender and a little bit tough, something that the restaurant people would not have known unless somebody said something, which I did not. My overall impression of Egg Roll Express was about an 8 on a scale of 1-10. I will visit again.

I have eaten at the Egg Roll Express, a very popular Chinese fast food restaurant, numerous times over the last few years. They're always busy because the food is good, and the price is right. The women behind the counter are courteous, and professional. The food is prepared quickly. A positive shout out to the cooks in the kitchen. Today I had D10, broccoli with chicken. It includes a generous amount of chicken & broccoli, with mushrooms, carrots, and onions. The sauce is wonderful, and it also comes with either fried or steamed rice.

We've been here a few times and absolutely love them so much! Nice, big portions and very friendly staff. Multilingual. We've had the wonton soup, egg drop soup, chicken fried rice, combo rice, chicken and broccoli, Mongolian beef, egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. All very good. Soups served very hot. Food is made to order, so a little waiting but everything comes out hot and fresh. Prices are very reasonable. We can both eat and be full for under $10.
