Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

We typically frequent other Cicis locations and are usually leave content. However, we were very disappointed with this location.

Ambiance: Set up like your typical Cicis. However the area from the register to the door is very small, so if there is any sort of line, it easily goes outside. They kept the buffet well stocked, however a lot of the times the pizzas would be placed behind each other, so you had to reach over one pizza to get to one that was behind it - not necessarily the most sanitary setup with children serving themselves. In addition, there was not enough pizza serving utensils. Several times, I would have to wait for someone else to finish serving themselves to grab the utensil they were using from a pizza that was 2-3 trays away.

Service: No complaints about the service. The tables were cleaned of finished plates promptly and regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Food:. I had two separate foods (cheese bread, and pizza) that both had hair in it. I'm not one of those people that really that minds too much - I know it's bound to happen every once in awhile. But to have it in two separate dishes on the same visit was concerning. Of course, it did say at the front that the sanitary report was available upon request...so I'm sure it doesn't have the...

Big red flag about this branch, we had a horrible experience our sunglasses were stolen by one of the employees, we left it on the table and first when we called one lady answered and she Sayed we have the glasses and we can come ask for Jessica and collect it , later that day we went but the manager tried to call the worker that took the glasses but she answered her that she just left it on the locker beside the cashier, but off course it wasn’t there , we called next day the morning manager he apologized and said he will contact us back to get the glasses but never called back , he even mentioned there’s no cameras inside the shop !!!! which is extremely weird that a business doesn’t have security cameras!!! The bottom line our glasses were stolen by one of the staff.

The other day I visited Cicis with some friends and let me tell you that it is a solid option when you’re craving pizza and want variety without spending a lot. The buffet has all the classics like pepperoni, cheese, and supreme, plus fun and creative options ilke BBQ chicken, and buffalo-style pizza.

They also offer a salad bar, pasta station, and sweet treats like brownies and those soft, warm cinnamon rolls that are always a hit.

The place is casual and family-friendly, and the staff is helpful, if your favorite pizza isn’t out, they’re happy to make it fresh for you.
