Be careful buying from this location. I had bought a pair of work boots from them but needed to return them. At the time of purchase, they removed the Cavenders sticker off of the box which i thought was very weird. Week and a half later i go to do the return and theyre telling me the boots/box do not match the product on the receipt. The employee proceeded to accuse me of trying to return a different pair of booth than was bought. Luckily one of the employees that was there when the purchase was made remembered struggling to remove the sticker off of the box and said it originally had the wrong sticker. I was then told "I do not like some accusing my employees" i said "sir im not accusing anything, im just telling you what happened when i bought the boots"(removing of the cavenders branded sticker) I was able to complete the return, but will NEVER be coming back to this location/store again. This just reminds me of why i ALWAYS shop...

I came in the other day and to summarize my shopping experience. The staff need to ensure they are up to date n inventory. I came in looking for the Candle E brand candles. The first young lady made no attempts to really assist. I informed her that I did not see the candles and they have a new vendor. The second young lady gave recommendations of other stores in the area who carry the candles. Being that I’m still new to Tx this was helpful! On my way out my friend notice 2 sitting on the edge of the fixture. We both bought them even though it wasn’t the scent I preferred. As we were walking out we notice more under the main table almost hidden. The second young lady offered to exchange and was very helpful. I went to buy a flannel, I went in with boots, shirt and hat and they saw me, I choose my flannel to pay for it and tell him that I'm going to change at once because I'm wearing it! I changed and I went to leave when I passed through the exit door the alarm rang and I went back to check the bag they saw that I had nothing, but behind me one left he told me to lift my shirt, that if the hat was mine, a little things as if he had stolen it from me!
