Dallas Carpet Cleaning TX — Local services in Dallas

DO NOT BOOK! Our couch looks worse than it did before they cleaned it. As you can see in the photo, there are defined dirt streaks from where the machine passed over.

Multiple other spots on the couch were missed or not even damp from the service. This has now dried & is stained into my couch. I even paid for the upgraded shampoo and deodorizing services, neither of these were completed.

For reference, our couch is the light color of the cushion above & was not dirty, just needed to be refreshed for the holidays since we have family visiting.

Update 12/4: A $50 refund has been offered, however, the damage has already been done. My couch is now stained & in worse condition. I will most likely have to pay more out of my own pocket for additional services to remove the stains their technician left behind.

I have requested to speak with upper management, however, customer service (Maria & Jill) have declined to connect me with them directly.

Just don’t even waste your time with this company. They don’t use industrial cleaning supplies as advertised. They use a hand held bissel. See...

Stas did an amazing job cleaning our couch after our son’s stomach virus wreaked havoc on the cushions. We called that day and had an appointment for two days later.
