Not as many benches as I would like, but the view along the dam is absolutely gorgeous, and the pumphouse is always picturesque. You can often see Great Egrets flying and hunting along the dam, and there is plenty of shady grass near the parking lot to spread a blanket and have a picnic. The parking lot fills up fast, though!
