Just watched the video of Michael Singleton being tased while standing perfectly still. Also noticed the individual stealing his belongings while the police ignored that and continued to detain Singleton. Also heard the police ask Singleton is he has any warrants. So I conclude.

Excessive force Dereliction of duty while a crime was committed in their presence. Incompetent and laziness in investigating a situation.
