In Dallas for appointments from out of town, almost dinner time and we are all hungry. Place a mobile order for this location. From the moment we went in to pick up the food was just ridiculous. The app let us know the food was ready. Went in to get it, the food wasnāt ready, then was informed that they donāt have the ONLY topping we asked for on the sandwich. The maker was extremely rude the entire time. Didnāt offer any kind of discount or a refund. Didnāt offer an apology. Didnāt offer any kind of resolution. Just smug and rude the entire time. And as everyone knows driving in Dallas at dinner time is not the place be. Took over 30 more minutes to find and drive to a grocery store to buy the topping for our sandwich. Very unsatisfied. Will never visit this...

My order was not even started and she argued saying she didnāt have any orders! And I canāt even cancel cause it says pick up complete when I didnāt get anything!
