I'm pretty sure this place violates a lot of laws and medical standards. Medical files for patients are kept on a shelf in the rooms with the receptionists, no locks or anything, they're just out there.

The medical supply carts (I don't know what they're actually called, but they're the big metal things in the offices with lots of drawers for medical supplies) are unlocked, and full of "sterile" things that have been opened and shoved back in the drawer if they aren't all used. Proper procedure does not allow things like gauze, steri-strips, medical tape, etc to be put back to be used later once they have already been opened (no longer sterile), and I saw all of those things and more. Not to mention, everything is just thrown in without any care in the world. No organization, just a ton of stuff shoved in the drawers.

The room where the medical supplies is stored is dirty, unorganized, and unlocked for anyone to go in. There are used syringes left on top of boxes of other medical supplies. There are medical supplies in the room that have also already been opened, including needles/syringes.

All of these things are huge risks for patients, especially those who are old, babies, and immunocompromised. There is a reason sterile packs of things are meant to be thrown away once opened. Patients' files are just out in the open to be taken. Supplies that should be locked up is not locked up, meaning patients, thieves, or even young kids could grab something in there and hurt themselves/someone else.

It's horrifying to see this clinic with an almost perfect score based on reviews. They need serious...

i wish that i could give this place 0 stars. The entire clinic was DISGUSTING. The waiting room chairs were filthy. The floor in the waiting room was filthy. My appointment was at 8:30 am and every single trash can i saw was full and spilling over with food and drinks. The bathrooms look/smell like someone or something died in them. The floors and walls of every single room i went in were filthy. The nurse at the window was rude. I did not even get examined i was so grossed out by this place. I don't even understand how this palace is open. Please no...

She's not a thorough provider. I saw her years ago and because she refused to do further testing other than her inhouse test, I was delayed in knowing about a problem there was. She did the bare minimum. Then literally shamed me for wanting...
