This has by far been THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR that Iāve had at subway. FIRST I want to say Iām a PAYING customer and the sandwich that I order and that I PAID FOR should have been made THE WAY I REQUESTED WITHOUT a WORKERS PERSONAL OPINION QUESTIONS OR FEEDBACKS. I walked into the subway location #27280 and ordered a 6in Philly and I always heat the meat ALONE then back door and warm the meat cheese and bread together, once I had that done the worker turned around and said Iām making her do EXTRA work and proceeded to ask WHY I do my sandwich like that! SMH I told her I suffer from a eating disorder and the way I asked u to make it is the ONLY WAY Iāll eat it she goes on to say itās the SAME hot and basically made me feel like I was a inconvenience!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT THAT LOCATION. The girl got mad because my adult Son & I watched her as her high school jacket sleve repeatedly brushed over my sandwich. My Son politely asked her to remake the sandwich. SHE escalated the situation with rotten remarks, attitude, fake hair slinging, head wobbling, eyes rolling & lips poking. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. What stood out the most was his attentivenessāhe carefully listened to how I wanted my sandwich prepared and made sure every detail was just right.
Not only was he accommodating, but he also took the time to explain all the available choices in a way that felt inviting and helpful rather than rushed or routine. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, and his enthusiasm for providing excellent service was contagious.
