Taco Casa — Restaurant in Duncanville

I’m truly disappointed to write this, but I feel like it’s important to share. Taco Casa on Cockrell Hill in Dallas used to be my family’s favorite spot. We would go there all the time and genuinely enjoyed the food and experience. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.

Over time, the quality of service and food has gone downhill—badly. Every time we go now, we’re met with rude and dismissive staff who make us feel completely undervalued as customers. It’s not just one off-day either; it’s been consistent enough that we’ve had to stop going altogether.

To make matters worse, the food has started to make us sick. It’s hard to justify spending your money at a place that no longer respects its customers and doesn’t seem to care about the quality or safety of its food.

It’s sad, because this place used to mean something to us. But until serious changes are made, I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and served food that’s safe to eat, and unfortunately, Taco Casa on Cockrell Hill is not meeting that...

DUDE IF YOU LOVE CHEESE 😂 WHICH I DO 😂 Man they are so awesome when they make their TACOS they put so much Cheese it's awesome 🤣 Also normally I get a TACO DELIGHT Which Isa crunchy taco shell but flour so it's kinda like a deep fried burrito taco shell 😂 if that makes since. Pretty big to, hence why I only order one. Today I got a SOFT TACO dude this thing was huge 😂. Yep it was yummy too 😂 I also tend to get the 👉👉LOADED NACHOS 👉 But I ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING ON THE SIDE 👈 Reason being is because you get more meat, beans, queso, and they put sour cream and tomatoes and jalapenos in the side too. You get a huge cup of Queso And a Whole to go box full of chips, that aren't soggy by the time you go to eat 😂. Plus you can add whatever you want to your nachos And SHAREABLE 👈💯 ABSOLUTELY 💯 OK NOW GO GET YOU SOME FOOD 😊 😂 HAVE A BLESSED...

5 Jan 25: It would be nice to actually TASTE the green sauce on the spicy bean burritos. One dollop on one end (leaking out on the paper wrapper) and nothing down the rest of the burrito. Has happened many times. 😠 17 Aug 20, around 1220-1230 pm. The lady taking orders on the drive thru needs to put on the ticket what I said and SHE repeated BACK to me the way I said it. However on the super salad, the NO tomatoes, NO black olives, NO sour cream did NOT make it on the ticket... even after she repeated the order back to me stating no tomatoes, no black olives, no sour cream.
