I visited this location 10/12/2024 mid-afternoon to return some items that did not fit my tween child. I measured her before hand because she is in between sizes, but some of the items still didn't fit as she wished. All parents have been there right? 4 days after the items arrived I took the returns to this location to make a quick return. I had my kohl's card and receipts. Of course the middle aged man behind the counter told me no! He did not feel like doing returns right then so he said no, over and over and over. He did not "feel" like doing his job and honoring the return policy. His exact words. I practically had to beg to return items. Worst experience at any kohls ever. This location used to have such nice lady's working here, where did you get this guy? He did not wear a name tag, but was middle aged, medium skin tone, dark hair greased down in an old fashioned way, troubled skin in need of moisturizer, white and green jersey material t-shirt, and LGBTQ. I ordered over $500 of stuff and returned 15% of that order. I don't know if returns are annoying but it is a service that you offer, so why did you let this guy treat me like this? He was so rude and condescending. He was talking to everyone in the line like that. It was uncomfortable. He was working the cashier on 10/12 @ 3:35 pm. It is not the customer's fault if he is having a bad day. At his age he should be able to know how to manage his emotions or not work...
Read moreI was trying to find a leather jacket, late in the season and knew I wouldn't have much luck. I called this Kohl's and spoke with a young lady name Maleeka. She said she had a few left and I told her I would be there in 5 minutes. I arrived and found Maleeka and she had one set aside for me. Unfortunately it was not quite what I was looking for. Maleeka assisted me in trying to find another, however we could not. I did have other items to buy and I found them easily. I did want a new pair of Nike's and I did not have much luck finding a pair. However, a young sales lady who's name I did not see, advised me to return tomorrow when all things would be on sale and prices would be much better. I made my purchases and am happy with them. I must say Maleeka and the young lady in the shoe dept. were very helpful. I was surprised when the lady in the shoe dept. told me about the sale the next day and how much money I could save if I waited. Normally, sales persons hype the sale and try to sell you things you don't need or what.. Their profit is the bottom line. I realize this lady doesn't work on commission but I was surprised that she didn't "hard sell" me and try to convince me to buy something I didn't want. I hope these two young ladies get the recognition they deserve. I will be back to...
Read moreMy reviews changed over time because of experiences I've had there. most of them have been very positive but this last time I went it was just the worst customer service I got. I went to pick up an order through drive up. I filled out the link I was sent to my email letting them know which car I was in and all. I waited 20 minutes nobody ever came outside nobody else was doing drive up I did see people going to store come right out right away. So I was thinking maybe they didn't get my order or something so I decided to call the store and let them know I was parked outside. They said someone would come right out and 15 minutes later nobody came. I had other stuff I had to do so I had to leave without my items. I was extremely disappointed. I called the store to let them know what happened and I asked him to cancel my order since I wouldn't be able to pick it up anytime soon. It is such a frustrating experience since I've had so many positive experiences here. I did use drive up because I had my children in the car with me. Drive up board up in an easier option for me so that is what I chose. Just remember this when you do drive up they might or might not come...
