Problems with del sol. Let's start with the most prominent. Parking. They issue more parking stickers than they have slots (hence why the ENTIRE side street WITH a no parking signs is always filled with cars at night) the gates almost never work and u HAVE to pay for a gate card that is almost never used. There is NO room for guests to park anytime after 5pm. The gates themselves, when "fixed" rarely open from the inside which pose a MAJOR fire hazard. After informing the office of this hazard, my and my wives vehicle were both towed, even though our parking stickers were up to date. Wrecked vehicles, unregistered/uninspected cars and vehicles with flat tires take up parking spaces for months on end (rent violations), yet are never towed. But ours were towed the day after I informed the office of the fire hazard. (Guess they dont like being told their faults)The receptionist inside the office is short with you and often rude. Packages are ALWAYS stolen and all u will hear is "sorry about that" instead of them reviewing footage and helping solve ur problem. Dogs are let off leashes. Commons areas are often dirty. Homeless people bathe using the open faucet INSIDE the gates of the complex. Used needles and needle tops are often found by that very same faucet. The sewage tanks often over flow and create a bio-hazard that runs from the leaking tank all the way to the parking lot where it pools up with used toilet paper as well. The a.c. never cools below 85° in summer, so get A window unit. A month after new years and the 4th, there are still fireworks being shot off INSIDE the complex with no repercussions, scaring the animals of the tenants. Roaches and rats are also a factor which are never addressed. I've killed 2 rats in my kitchen with traps. The professionalism is way below par here and they don't seem like they are going to change anytime soon. The property is bandaged together just enough to pass inspection when the owners come to inspect, but will fall apart days after inspection. This place is terrible and I would highly recommend NOT renting from here. Their response to this post will be something like,"we are sorry you feel this way, please discuss this with us privately," DO NOT RENT...

Trash trash trash! My apartment is falling in the roof has cracks the wall by the air conditioner literally started molding after they claimed no mold it wasn’t until I said I would contact corporate is when all of a sudden after at least 6 maintenance request that the air was leaking it was mysteriously fixed.. corporate sucks too I’ve called and left several messages and also sent online messages…no one ever offered to discount my rent when I expressed my daughter has breathing related health issues and it it took from may until August to get the mold out…I would never recommend outside is another situation I come out there’s people peeing at the top of the stairs doing needles at the bottom of the stairs and going through cars all night.don’t have a visitor they have the nerve to charge when the gates don’t even work I hate it here if I could get out of this lease I would be long gone…and all these 5 star reviews are fake nothing 5 star...

The team at Lucia has been a pleasure to work with. Flor's professionalism, personality and customer service skills have been a great addition to the already outstanding maintenance team lead by both Gerrardo, the maintenance supervisor, and his teammate Santiago, the maintenance tech. The units look amazing and the property has been having some updates that is gradually improving the community appearance. The price is reasonable and the area has been promising growth with the new Dart Park and Ride, Racetrac and newly developing mid-rise next to that.
