Go anywhere but here. Hate to sound this harsh but theyāre slow, unprofessional, and incompetent.
I inquired about selling them a newer gen mesh wifi router system and some other tech hardware. The store associate said heād have to ask his boss whoās out of town so Iād need to wait 3-4 days until heās back. So I call back on the day he suggested. Same associate answers and says heāll need to contact his boss and ask him, then he asks for the same information about the devices that I provided to him the first time we spoke. I circle back later that day via text message to ask for an update and his response is simply ātomorrowā - the effort is slow low they donāt even speak in full sentences. Contact him again the next day and ask if thereās any word on this, and his response is of course a short no⦠Oh and the next day? āNothing yetā. As if heās communicating with his boss via written correspondence or something. Ironic for a place called laptopzone. Might want to start looking for a faster carrier pigeon.
How are these guys still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLook nowhere else. GO HERE. I brought in my laptop with a touchpad that was "stuck." They charged me below what they regularly charged because it was seemingly an easy fix. I have a razer 15 which wouldve costed $120 if I went through Razer and that is just the initial diagnostics.. which doesn't begin to cover the repair parts and labor. I paid 3rd of that price and got it fixed ON THE SAME DAY. I had the same problem again week or two later they fixed it ON THE SPOT and did not charge me a cent and I told him I was willing to pay! They are professional and very generous. Please dont take advantage of their generosity. What they charge you is already way below what the manufacturer or best buy might charge you. I don't care if this voids my warranty for Razer because I rather give all my money to this shop to get it repaired. Razer will never see another dime from me ever again. Just glad that I have a guy to go to that wont charge me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStolen LapTop. They are getting a 3 star review rather than a 1 because of what happened AFTER my laptop showed up in their inventory. My device was stolen from DFW. Next day it was pinged at Laptop Zone. I got my expensive devise back by calling Carlos (he was very professional about it). However, we are very concerned there are no cameras (for their own protection) or records on who brought in it. They paid a thief with an almost new $1000 laptop (wiped clean) up to 1/2 of what it was worth, but didnāt check that he/she was the actual owner???? Is it considered fencing if you know some of the product youāre accepting to resell could be stolen? Do reputable companies implement safeguards against receiving stolen property? Are consumers really okay about buying a used product that may have become theirs because a thief took it from a...
