Had a great experience shopping for my first financed car purchase!! I was very stressed & in a time crunch to find a reliable vehicle replacement that also matches all my wants/needs/make/etc. and i was able to find that PLUS other contending options at Royal! The guys are friendly, professional, not pushy, great selection of options, informative, educated in the industry/mechanics, and i felt that they are running an honest & trustworthy business! They gave me a good deal upon negotiating my trade-in even when they could’ve denied the entire vehicle based on its current conditions and street value, which was helpful with my deposit down. My mother met me up at the shop to assist me with the process of everything since i’ve always purchased in full- she is not someone who is easily trusting (especially when the prices are “so low” in this current economic climate), but after they were generous enough to help us out in multiple different ways beyond just was i’ve stated, she left with their business card to come back when they (Royal) has a specific type of truck my parents need/are looking for, as well as sending my sister here to get her next car as well!

Read moreMy husband and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima through this dealership May 24th 2024. PJ and Nima took extreme care of during the sale and assured us this car was a good safe purchase for us. We invested 10k to be sure we got something reliable and safe as we transport our grandkids around the metro. The day after the purchase the check engine light came on so naturally we took it to be diagnosed after PJ the owner told us there’s nothing he could do for us. The bolt that ties the steering column was barely screwed in and definitely NOT torched down. Because they didn’t tighten the nut after replacing the tie rod and control arm strut the tie rod vibrated inside the bolt hole and bore the hole out on the knuckle causing us to have to replace the entire spindle. Also the cam shaft covers have to be replaced. We honestly have been so blessed to have driven it home without any of those issues putting us in a serious situation. My husband was very direct in the questions he asked during the purchase as we were spending an LOT of money with this business and their practices are VERY deceptive! Read moreI purchased a 2019 Ford edge I did exactly what the sales rep said to do to drive it. I purchased the car. They did not give me a warranty but he gave me a warranty through a third-party. I drove the car for 72 miles went back the next day because it was having a shuttering problem Once again, I did exactly what they said to do … He told me to drive it for 3 to 4 weeks no worries no worries you have a warranty On the fourth week, I took it to the dealership. I had a transmission problem $5000 to fix it. The dealership called the warranty on this third-party. It doesn’t cover it the warranty they gave me means absolutely nothing. I have called back Rick auto numerous times they said they would get back with me. Never did .. So I’m out at $16,000 vehicle that I paid cash for now. I have to have it repaired. I have turned them over to the Better Business Bureau automotive association. And I have hired an attorney because they failed to tell me that there was a problem and they knew it Just a heads up before you buy from these people taking mechanic with you… I hope and praying no one ever goes through what I had to...
