If I could give them a star less than one I would. I sent my daughter to match shirts I had previously purchased at their store. She showed them her bag with the shirts when she arrived at the store (which unfortunately Black people have to do). Then the clerk helped her match the shirt that the clerk saw come out of the bag. But when she got to the register another older lady attempted to accuse my daughter of stealing the shirt. When the original clerk tried to tell her the situation, the older lady hushed her and continued to harass my daughter. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store nor any of its locations. I will also stop recommending their store. I will shop at one of its many competitors such as Aviva who has always treated me...

My husband and I go to this shop EVERY weekend just to visit the owners of the store. My husband and I are like children we play in the store, touch everything and ask the staff SO many questions about sublimation, pressing temperatures, and creating personal designs. NEVER have we been treated unkind! I saw a previous comment that stated someone was followed around the store as an African American woman I can honestly say, I go to this store regardless of their prices simply because the owners and staff are SO welcoming! No question if we will return to this location because as I stated before we will be there every weekend if its nothing more then to stop in and say hello! We LOVE these guys and prices...

I've been a customer since they opened, but I'll be going to one of their many, many nearby competitors from now on. I asked to do a straight exchange of a roll of HTV for a different color and first they said, "you have to have the receipt" - when I gave them the receipt, they said they don't do returns or exchanges. I asked to see the policy and they pointed at a sign on the wall that explicitly mentioned custom items, transfers, and t-shirts, but not HTV. When I asked about that, they then said that the roll had a mark on it and couldn't be re-sold. The roll hadn't come out of the bag in the few days since I bought it. I went and bought the correct color at Lucky, and I'll just continue...
