I usually get greeted by the store associates and am asked if I need help with anything as soon as I walk in, this time not even a glimpse my direction even though the store was empty. But when I finally asked for some help, the tone of the voice of both employees felt aggressive and seemed like I was bothering them. I asked for some pants and tried to get some business casual tech pants and I use the term golf pants because he didnāt understand what I meant, the employee immediately shut me down and said āWe donāt sell golf pantsā. Then I went to go with him to the tech pants section that I was talking about, which he knew what I was talking about Initially then asked me to pick a size and I gave him two options and he said pick one. I was looking for some polo shorts and couldnāt find them. So I went over and asked the lady who was straightening up some clothes. She tried to tell me that they were on the back wall. I said to her could you help me because I canāt find them. She huffed her breath loudly, rolled her eyes and began walking. I was shocked at the behavior and it really caught me off guard. She acted as if I was getting on her nerves when I asked a question to her. The gentleman in the store didnāt help either but when a white shopper came in he most definitely damn near broke his neck to help him.
