UPDATED: I really like this store and I wish I loved it. The issue is that no clerk is empowered to deal with a return or exchange...and I'm not referring to underwear or "personal" items. The owner/manager has to be brought into the picture. The hastle and wait time is insulting and I've even had them make comments insinuating that it was somehow my fault. Thus, customer service stops right after the sale. UPDATE: Regarding the store rebuttal below, my product was within the return window and was not a prohibited personal item. Store clerk told me clearly I'd have to come back despite my home location being 180 miles away. When I looked confused, clerk replied they weren't attempting to be a jerk. 🤨 The rebuttal is unfortunately deflection from what occured. I appreciate the return being completed, but the clerks attempt at blaming me for a lack of receipt...only then to say such receipt didn't matter and that a manager who was not present was needed is a serious deficiency in customer service. Perhaps the defensive posture will someday accept responsibility and seek change / improvement. It's a great store selection otherwise. Just a bit too defensive or narrow in keeping...

Shopping options for men's undergarments in DFW is virtually non-existent and buying online is hit or miss when it comes to fit and comfort. I am so glad I found this store. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and made this straight guy feel very comfortable. They had a fantastic selection of products which quite frankly exceeded my expectations. I was worried about cost before I arrived from all the reviews I read complaining about it but what I found was it is exactly in line with what it should be for the quality products they offer. Great fit, great feel! I suggest you grab your wife, grab a drink and get in there and buy a many as you can! I won't wear anything else....

Monday’s are my shopping day so service is expected to flex through the week. Simple hands off clerk to watch the store but not push sales. A+ Wide selection of wear and product but the sizes get picked through pretty fast on popular products. The upstairs sales area has a long list of older products for those who want something a bit more flashy or “last season” Basic prices to what I find online but with the confort of trying them on. The pup merchandise is there but for my small/medium sizes I usually don’t find the colors I want....
