As a first time customer, I will not be back. My uncle and I walked in and when they asked what manicure we would like, we specifically said shellac. Although I did have an acrylic nail on and I made that known since my uncle had dipped. Two completely different taking off methods. We had both picked our colors and when we were waiting Ben came over to work on my uncle and there had been some miscommunication so my uncle had to get gel because they never gave us a booklet to look at for shellac. Anyways Ben came over with the bowls to dip our hands in and I was confused, I told him “hey, my nails are acrylic.” He looked at me, nodded his head and signaled for me to emerge my hands, this is supposed to be a licensed professional so I comply. Well my uncle is half way done with his nails, Ben looks at mine by lifting the cloth and there are my nails completely on there, he just puts the top back over and says they have to sit longer. At this point my uncle is done, has been for atleast 10-15 mins. His nails were patchy, some places were missing the gloss, and the top rim of his nail definitely needed to be coated again. Another lady comes to work on me, I tell her “hey, my nails are acrylic, I told Ben but he had me dip my nails.” So she gets a cold water bowl and tells me to soak, she gets them out and starts using her rubber buffer. The paint barely comes off, so she applied something so that all the paint would come off but still left the acrylic top. She begins trimming my nails and finds it difficult to cut them, and I again bring it to her attention AGAIN that my nails are acrylic! It finally dawns her and then she begins speaking to another lady to see how to get them off. At this point I’m like no, I should have waited till I’m back home. So I just tell her I want a clear coat. Once we went through the soak process again, we’re trying to take off my acrylic she did a bad job. I still have acrylic on my nails and some of the paint from the previous set she took off. At this point I’m frustrated and I’m like just forget the coat, she then begins to grab lotion and trying doing an arm massage and I’m just baffled like after everything because it took over an hour & 20 mins just to try and take off my nails, and took nothing but 15 mins to do the shape and cuticle cut, literally. We proceed to check out and she’s entered a nail off which is obvious but then went to put a classic manicure after talking to an associate. I asked her why, and she said and I quote “well I cut your cuticles and did the shape and everything else” and I was like “that’s all you did, was the cuticles and shape.” I get paying for the nail off but for a classic manicure? I was assaulted and treated horribly at this salon. The one thing that I notice that they continue to do is that they will encourage you to do add on services but if you do not want to get you nails and pedicures done at the same time they will want you to come back. Well on June 28 I wanted to know if I came in and asked to have my nails done and you offer a pedicure why can’t I get my nails done. When I asked this question they responded with just walking off and not saying anything so as I began to walk off as well as I get near the door three employees jump on me one attempted to snatch my purse and would not let me leave before paying an undisclosed amount that was never told to me at that time I called the rascist Dallas police office to the scene and when he arrived he made it about me punching the lady who was attempting to snatch my purse in the face and told me they had the right to do so. I’ve never been completely pleased with their work but all the damage to my nails and cuticles because no one who is providing your services speak English hardly understand so they don’t know when you are saying things like stop this hurts they don’t understand and keep injuring you. Literally can’t even put my hands in hot water or scratch my own head because the nails are so thin. I will never ever return to this place for anything especially after having to press charges on the staff for being manipulative thugs and when it boils down a lot of things could be different if they just be honest from the jump about timing and say no we do not have time to do both instead of forcing you to get services they offer and not complete what you actually asked for. Been here 2 times First time i went was on a Wednesday I have hard natural nails. I asked for gel but the lady kept pressuring about dip. So i gave in and tried it. Mind u i have natjral nails so as the tech was using her utensil to shape my nails she goes way too deep on my middle finger i scream and flintched. It started to bleed. And from then on the service was just awkward the lady didnt say anything after she apologized and charged me. that friday my pointer and thumb crack when trying to turn on my car very upsetting! Especially right before a wedding!

Second time i went was just this Wednesday I go again natural nails asked for the gel polish! 35! For just polish! I asked for a manicure. All she did was cut my cuticles and massaged for 30 sec each hand... seriously didnt even wash my hands before she put lotion ... so she was basically massaging nail dust and trimmings all over my hands and arm.... my nails are so uneven and very disappointed. As she layered the gel polish u can immediately tell she was rushing as some nails have chunks of polish As i leave i pick up a pamplet and see what comes with the manicure and see that she didnt even give me a bowl wash. I go and ask her she says my opinion i just use the cuticle oil to soften it.... 😡 I go in the afternoons during the week in order to take advantage of no rush and no wait to get treated like a number when there is noone waiting!! She took less than 30 mins to do my "manicure" as i was picking my color she comes back to me 10 mins later im just sitting there looking at her as i wait. And shes just talking away... seriously never again! Not even for 2 complementary drinks. As if! And yes i gave tip! %15! They need to learn not to rush and take their time and...
