I don’t really give that many reviews as I feel like usually, people only come on here to post reviews when they have a bad experience… well, here, I am posting a bad experience I had at this store. I wasn’t going to post anything, but it really got to me. The experience I received. I went in here to shop for a gift for my gay friend who mentioned they like the store so I went in and thought maybe I might pick them up something. the store is really cool. I like the way it looks, and I like the clothes and everything but the person that helped me was really creepy and I ended up not purchasing anything because I felt disgusted when I left and felt like I needed to go take a shower. It was an older short bald man maybe Latino? He constantly looked me up and down and made me feel very sexualized, which is weird because I am a guy and I’m straight and have a ton gay friends and so usually it doesn’t bother me when I get flirted on or complimented, but this guy took it to the extreme with his sexual advances towards me asking for my Instagram and was asking if I was gay and single, and what type of guy i am into lots of really inappropriate stuff that I feel like a sales person shouldn’t be asking me. especially when my energy was telling him clearly I wasn’t interested. I told him I was shopping for a gift for a friend and he was more concerned about me and flirting with me then helping. So I left and ended up getting a gift at another shop down the street. I didn’t get the guys name but hope he wasn’t the owner or manager because he was horrible. Hopefully someone gives him a talking to and he doesn’t scare customers off...

Walked in to choose ornaments from the store on friday night 10/15. The young lady working was horribly rude. She began telling people to keep their voices down. They were offended and left quickly. My partner and I began looking at the ornaments to decide which ones we liked the best. Suddenly the clerk says "be careful with the ornaments" i asked her what the problem was and she said that i was moving them too much to which i replied "they are moving because im looking at them. Do u not want me to shop?" She replied VERY rudely "if you are going to be disrespectful im gonna have to ask you to leave" i told her i wasnt being disrespectful i just didnt understand why she was being so rude to me. She said "if you are going to argue with me im gonna have to ask you to leave." I have ALWAYS loved stopping by on the way home to look and this time i was ready to drop SERIOUS money on a SET of merman ornaments for my tree this year. Our best friend was trying on harnesses that he had noticed on our previous visit. I dont understand how u can just throw away a possible 400-500 dollars like that. Guess ill buy them off the internet.. probably cheaper anyway. Im sorry if you get alot of loud drunk people on the weekend nights but dont assume we're all drunk or there to "just look" cuz we were there to spend money. We thought we would buy from a store in the community instead of the internet or a chain.. our mistake. Dont...

I have shopped at this store numerous times over the years. I visited the store when it was under different owners and under different management. The store has gotten better and better over the years. The current owner (CL) and the current manager (Ms. Ruby) have done remarkable things with this store. The store is always clean, stocked, and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. The merchandise is very high quality and always in line with the current fashion. Not only is the clothing great they have an extensive fetish line of adult products. The staff is well trained and can answer any questions you have. They have also added monthly events like "Customer Appreciation" and "Pup Days". The events are well organized and have great amenities such as an open bar and live local DJ. They also have a "coat check" that lets you check your clothing and show off your latest underwear purchases. Great staff. Great merchandise. Great environment. I definitely recommend checking them out. You will definitely have a great time and may find some items you didn't know you needed. The business also supports many LGBTQ groups like the gay rugby league.
