I have been purchasing Selkirk product for years. They have great paddles, nets, and clothes but their service and lack of timely communication shows what a small company they are and unfortunately is one of the major things holding them back. If the leadership team, managers, and or owners would only try and return or exchange a product and see how much effort it takes, they would be motivated to put more resources into 1.) answering phone calls 2.) responding to emails within a reasonable expected time frame 3.) providing realtime return/exchange options. Currently their retune exchange program takes you through a rat race, if this then that approach. The number one suggestion I have for you is to actually try and contact Selkirk with a question. See what happens and how long it takes for a human to answer or respond. I have returned and exchanged multiple multiple items over the years. Improvements can be made to communicate in a more timely manner. People have all been pleasant. Products are good. Communication and training on “under promising and over delivering” is lacking. Sending packages out the same day is easy. Getting staff to respond quickly during normal business hours is difficult but in this fast moving world is what we need. It’s clear Selkirk has a focus and back ground on product. Owners, leadership, and managers clearly are not customer experience driven. I’m not mad or angry, just feel others...
