I have always been a HUGE fan of the wellness bar, and in the past they have earned their 5 stars. But yesterday I was very disappointed. I work less than 5 minutes from this location and I had an hour lunch. I have always planned for at least 30 minutes in the drive through if I cant pre-order on the app. I have experience working in a drive through, juggling mobile orders and that paired with everyone being short staffed I have always been very gracious with drive through wait times. But yesterday I spent over 50 minutes in the drive through, and I ended up being late to get back to work. I would have gotten out of line but there was no way to get out. When I got there I was one of three cars waiting (all of which ordered only 1 bowl), the lobby was practically empty, and there were at least 6 people working. When I did finally get to the window I was expecting someone to apologize for the wait but the girl was actually pretty rude (odd because the girls are normally pretty nice). She took my order and then slammed the window. When I got my order the outside of my bowl was covered in honey.

This used to be our favorite and only place we would go to eat in town and our experiences were always 5 star prior. (We used to go here multiple times a week.) Last weekend, I didnāt receive all the muffins that I paid for. And the muffins I did receive were wet and soggy on the top half. I tossed them because I didnāt feel comfortable eating them or having my family eat them. I ordered no coconut on my daughters bowl and her bowl came with a generous handful of coconut that wasnāt supposed to be on there. I got a stomach ache after I ate my bowl but I figured that may have been coincidence so I didnāt say anything. I figured perhaps it was just an off day so I tried them again yesterday when it was a different day of the week figuring maybe it was just some new staff memebers that were still learning last time. Well sadly yesterdayās experience was even worse. I found several hairs in my bowl when I was eating it yesterday and my daughter got severe stomach pain after she ate hers. It was not 3 yet and they told me they were closed because it was 5 minutes to close. I had called 3 times before I even left my house 30 minutes before close and no one answered the phone. I accident called the postfalls one too and they answered there phone 10 minutes before there close. Wish I lived in postfalls because they give better service than hayden . If they had answered they phone I would have been able to put my order in and they could have made it 15 minutes before close. Lazy girls.
