It is with sadness I do not recommend Killer Burger in Hayden.
Main Points: -Ok Food -Bad Customer Service
I had Killer Burger in the last month and had a really bad customer service experience. (A tall guy at the cashier, glasses, dark hair). I first tried to address the matter privately with management after my visit via a phone call and I even declined a free meal because I just truly wanted a better experience--not a free meal.
Well, I just came back and nothing has improved, if anything, it felt worse.
This time no one was managing the cash register when I came in and a lady by the grills greeted me but then everyone just kind of looked around and it seemed like they were all thinking "who's going to help him?". I believe I saw the same guy by the grills who I had the bad experience with last time but I do not even know if he was cooking food, or just hanging out by the cooks...
Finally someone from the back room came out who had a apron on to give me my food. I opened the container and barely saw any fries, I asked if that's the correct amount to which he said it was.
The food was worst then last time. A few fries were soggy and the burger just wasn't great. It feels like the quality even went down in the last few weeks.
I mean, the burger was "ok" but due to the poor customer service, it's unlikely I will return.
If you want a decent burger, check the place out but overall, there is improvements that...

That being said I currently have stage 4 lung cancer, I have never been a smoker, and this type of cancer is very rare, small cell lung cancer, outside the lungs,I know weird, anywho, I recently visited my Dad in Athol Idaho and while out checking out the town my sister suggested we stop at Killer Burger, so we did, My sis ordered the peanut butter bacon cheese burger, I had just the small I actually don't remember, because I had a bite of my sisters burger, and Mylanta!!!!! OMG, this burger is heavenly!!! Due to the cancer treatment I'm currently under, which is an immunotherapy called tarlimitab, anyhow it has, unfortunately, caused me to lose pretty much all of any taste for ANYTHING! IT has made eating very very difficult!!! But my lord the peanut butter burger saved my entire trip, lol, no but really, BRAVO to Killer Burger for creating one of the most iconic burgers, with the taste to match, yes, I could taste alot of the burger and peanut especially, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR AN AWESOME, AMAZING, FANTASTIC BURGER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR SURE. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS šŗš² (ps) not my photo. Nonetheless it looked just like the pictures!!!! Also, I forgot to include the darn pickles!!!!! Ughhhh, also what makes this a one of a kind hands down!!!!!! Can't wait for my next KILLER...
Ā Ā Ā Read more10-23-25 I went in on the date posted, but decided to wait a couple days to let my gut feelings sink in on this one. The food was really great. I got the bender burger and loved it. The customer service at the end of the day was rude. We had a gentleman helping us around 12:30 that day and it was the first time I ever came to a Killer Burger at all. He was snappy and rude to my friend and then quick quick with me. I even apologized and told him around this point that it was my first time ever coming to a Killer Burger. When my friend asked a question about the menu he didnāt respond very kind. When he asked me if we wanted any sauces, I was trying to look at their menu on the counter and asked what kind of sauces they had, he was rude again and pointed to a different sign like I was stupid. I couldnāt see it because my friend was in the way of the view. Every time we spoke or asked a question he had a sigh of disbelief and body language that seemed like he hated helping us. We werenāt difficult, we were so easy for him with a couple minor questions. It was a good burger, not anything so amazing that makes me crave it, but his customer service doesnāt make me want to go back again with a cost that high and the...
