I have been going to this location since it opened. It started out great now Its turned into rather poorly run establishment. One of the first things that needs to be known is that this place is not open or modified the majority of the time. So when you look online or you go to order online it’s not necessarily what is going on at the location.. I have lost track of how many times I have driven to this location and found sign saying the dining room is closed. Drive-through is closed and to order online. Normally that’s not a problem, everyone understands staffing shortages. The problem exists when you go to the online app as you are directed to do by the signs on the doors. When you go to place an order the app says that it’s unavailable for pick up until several hours later which is depressing because you’re looking through the windows at people actually working inside. Another issue that has become common place with this establishment is that the food is getting more sloppily made, and orders are increasingly being done wrong. If you order something such as an egg sandwich on a bagel and you open it up to find that there’s a little tiny shred of egg in the middle of a humongous bagel you’re not really eating a breakfast sandwich. Essentially what you’re doing is eating a bagel with a small side of egg. The last issue I have seen on multiple occasions, when using the restroom. An employee basically taking a bath in the sink prior to starting shifts. Not really what you wanna see when you walk into...
Read moreI'm not sure what all the bad reviews have been about but this place has been great for me. I recently moved to the area and my TDS internet appointment kept getting delayed so I had to work from Panera for a week and a half. The morning crew was always friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious. My lunch was always quick to the window and exactly as ordered- I felt the amount of food I got was fair for the price. One day they forgot my side of bread and I kindly asked for one and they were apologetic and happy to provide it to me with no questions. The new kiosk ordering system is great too- if you have any dietary concerns you can enter that in and it will tell you if your meal has any ingredients that contain what you can't eat and if it can be removed or if a main ingredient is in the dish (dairy in some soups for instance) and you cannot order it.
Robin in the dining area is amazing! Always checking in on people and ensuring the area is clean and ready for new guests. She started to recognize me and would quickly bring me my food as soon as it popped up in the window so I didn't have to get up.
I think some people need to be understanding to employee shortages and delays in shipments that are causing hardships on businesses. Be kind, be understanding, you'll be much happier with your...
Read moreWe came here on a Wednesday night at 7 o’clock. We ordered a soup in a bread bowl. They were out of bread bowls. They were also out of all bread that they serve with soup. Can we have some sandwich bread with our soup? No they are out of sandwich bread too. Ok…. Well we ordered some soup and also a large broccoli Mac n cheese. They’re out of broccoli Mac n cheese… ok, we’ll take a regular Mac n cheese do you have that?? Yes they did… Shoot dang 20 bucks? I’m already thinking this is a rip off but when we pull up and get our mac and cheese it is a small container! It’s a medium soup size container of noodles and cheese that they charge 10 dollars for! The soup is also tiny!! An even smaller container…I can not believe that their tiny soup is 10 dollars as well. Here’s my thoughts: I can get a bigger container of organic home made soup at pilgrims for nearly half the price. I mean truly good nourishing and craft soup…. This tiny thing of mass produced soup is not worth nearly 10 dollars. We drive off to find they didn’t include spoons in our bag and we had to drive back and go inside to get them. I know I know…. First world problems for sure. However, this is a total rip off. If the food was top notch it could be worth it. Unfortunately it just isn’t. Panera bread? More like...
